Metrotile is manufactured by IKO Metals Europe NV, the global marketleader of pressed metal tiles with 3 manufacturing plants in New Zealand, in the USA and the world's biggest pressed metal factory in Belgium. Our stone-coated and satin-finish metal roof systems were invented in 1957 and it incorporates a cutting-edge Zincalume corrosion-protective steel, which gives the tiles a significantly longer service life than typical galvanised metal tiles... Metrotile's products have been manufactured in Europe since 1998. Our production site in Tongeren, Belgium covers over 20,000 square metres, making it the world‘s largest manufacturing facility for steel roofing tiles.
