Andrii Mashchenko - CEO

Andrii is a graduate of the Economics and Law Faculty of Donetsk National University and the Faculty of International Law of the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko, with honors. He has legal experience starting 1999. Licenced advocate since 2008. Andrii worked as Director for Legal Affairs and Corporate Governance of PJSC "Ukrainian Railways". He was also a Legal Adviser for the Head of the Board of PJSC "Ukrzaliznytsya". Andrii speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Fabrizio Fiori

Fabrizio is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna and he got a post graduated Diploma of speciation for foreign lawyers in Civil Law Procedure of England and Wales at the City University London. He has legal experience starting in 1995. Licensed advocate since 2000. Fabrizio is a specialist in international law with a specific competence in corporate law, commercial law, international contracts, arbitration, and M&A operations. He is also an expert in international development operations for companies like joint ventures, acquisitions, incorporation of local branches or controlled companies, and international franchise operations. His experience referred to different sectors of business such as heavy industry, military industry, Oil & gas, food & beverage, transport & maritime law, renewable energy, telecommunication, and bank & finance in which he has worked for several international clients. He is also an expert in the securitization of credits and management of NPL credits in both the financial and industrial fields. He has a strong international background having worked as a legal consultant, in addition to Ukraine and Italy, in the USA, Canada, Iran, China, Hong Kong, and the Far East as well as the Middle East and the Gulf Countries. He is a member of the Italian Bar Association. Fabrizio also has academic experience, as a professor and lecturer for several academic institutions such as the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, UNIUD University of Udine, University of Trieste, Istud Foundation Business School, and STU Tax State University of Irpin. During his career, he has been appointed as a member of the board of several public entities such as the Italian Commission for the introduction of the Euro currency. Fabrizio speaks Italian and English.

Fedir Shebanits

Fedir is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Law of the Mariupol State University, Mariupol, 2001. Majored in Jurisprudence, received the qualification of Lawyer, with honors. He worked as an in-house counsel of the Mariupol Sea Trade Port, the Head of the Legal Department of the Mariupol State University, the Head of the Legal Department of the Mariupol Sea Trade Port State Enterprise. Experience in the profession - 22 years.

Halyna Slyvchenko

Halyna is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the Ukraine Academy of Customs(now the University of Customs and Finance), of Dnipro, with honors, and the Faculty of Economics of the Donetsk National University (now the Vasyl' Stus Donetsk National University), majoring in "International Economy". From 2007 to 2011, she served in the State Customs Service of Ukraine, in the customs clearance sector of legal entities - large metallurgical and machine-building plants. She was awarded two thanks from the customs authorities for conscientious service and protection of the interests of the state. She started her career as a lawyer in 2012. Licensed advocate since 2018.

Liudmyla Mashchenko

In 1996, Lyudmila Maschenko became a partner and co-founder of the MBLS law firm. In the same year, with the MBLS team of lawyers, she developed and for the first time applied in Ukraine the scheme of seizure of a sea merchant vessel in the port of Mariupol. Liudmyla Ivanivna is one of the leading experts in the field of maritime law in Ukraine. In particular, in 1995 she was a part of the advisory group in developing the Code of Merchant Shipping of Ukraine. Liudmyla Mashchenko speaks Russian and Ukrainian. Applies English in the work.

Lyudmila Ivanovna

Lyudmila Ivanovna is the author of articles in professional transport and legal magazines on the topics of legal regulation of maritime employment brokers' activity and other ones related to legal regulation of shipping.

Vlada Mashchenko

Vlada is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Law of the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise in Kharkov, Ukraine. She began her career as a lawyer in 2001. Prior to joining MBLS, she worked as in-house lawyer of JSC Sevastopol Marine Plant in Sevastopol, Ukraine, as a lawyer with the Globus Asset Management and Energy Standard Ukraine in Kiev of the Energy Standard group which comprises: Lvivoblenergo, Cherkassyoblenergo, Zaporozhtransformator and assets of the shipping company Ukrrichflot. Vlada specializes in representing interests of enterprises in courts and in enforcement of court decisions. At the same time, she has a successful experience in the settlement of disputes in amicable way. In particular, she facilitated gaining the settlement in the multi-year dispute between two development corporations. In result the parties got an agreement on joint activity in the project that was the subject of the dispute. In addition, Vlada specializes in protecting interests of enterprises during inspections by supervisory and law enforcement agencies& She is also a specialist in real estate matters, in particular in legal support of real estate transactions (acquisition of integral property complexes, leases, etc.), construction, contesting / defense rights to land, appealing decisions of local municipal authorities, protection of tenants' rights etc. Vlada speaks Ukrainian and Russian.
