Gerard Gouldson

Mr. Gouldson, a certified photogrammetrist, has more than 35 years of experience in all phases of aerial and terrestrial photogrammetric mapping and computer graphics. Mr. Gouldson has more than 20 years of experience as the Photogrammetric and CADD department supervisor. Gerry's technical responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, designing aerial flight plans, selecting field control, providing camera calibration reports, designing map sheet layouts and digital file limit diagrams. He coordinates with clients and GEOD's survey department regarding aerial photography, field control, scheduling and CADD specifications to ensure efficient and timely flow of projects. Mr. Gouldson directly supervises all of the aero triangulation, stereo compilation, ortho photo rectification and offline technician tasks. Mr. Gouldson is proficient in the use of mapping software including MicroStation, Bentley's InRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, KLT Atlas, Global Mapper, TrackAir Flight Management System, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. He has managed photogrammetric mapping efforts for Transportation, Environmental and Geographic Information System (GIS) Projects.

Jacob Fradkin

Jacob Fradkin is a geotechnical engineer that joined MFS in 2012 and currently manages the operations of the Geotechnical Engineering Department. Jacob has worked on projects throughout the country, with a focus in complex urban environments. He is experienced in developing and managing subsurface investigations, data and recommendations reports, deep and shallow foundation design, support of excavation and underpinning design, earth retaining structures, waterfront design, construction specifications and drawings, and forensic engineering. Jacob's experience includes both public sector work with various federal, state, and local agencies as well as work in the private sector work for contractors, owners, and developers. He manages MFS geotechnical engineering resources to efficiently meet the client's specific project schedule, budget, and other needs.

Kevin Hanna

Job Titles:

Mr. Hanna is the Division and Geographic Leader for Survey and the Discipline Leader for the firm's Laser Scanning division. With over 39 years of hands-on, progressive field and office experience, Mr. Hanna has gained a diverse expertise in all aspects of land surveying services, including 3D modeling, monitoring, and civil applications. Keeping in stride with state-of-the-art technological advancements within the land surveying industry, he is currently a specialist in 3D Hi-Definition Scanning (HDS) & equipment and techniques, which enables him to continually find new uses for HDS in this constantly evolving field. Mr. Hanna's experience, including indoor mapping system (iMMS) LiDAR mapping, has been applied to a diverse range of projects including the planning, collection, and post-processing of scan data for the structural scanning, mapping & 3d modelling of large commercial spaces, airports, rail stations and power plants; Building Information Modeling (BIM);Structural scanning for structural monitoring and deformation analysis; digital mapping of underground tunnels and existing railroad tracks; airport runways; roadways and intersections; utility lines; and building facades. His expertise is in the interpretation and application of collected data to the specific requirements of the project. Additionally, Mr. Hanna is a national review board member for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and has been an active guest speaker at local and international conferences on HDS.
