Grace Curran obtained her New Jersey Broker's license in 1988. She has been focusing on listing and selling real estate in the South Jersey area for over 22 years. She loves the Jersey Coast, the beauty and pleasure that it offers. Along with her husband, Larry, she has raised their three children, Larry, Patrick and Maryellen and believes it is a wonderful family environment. John, a former REALTOR of the Year and former president of the Cape May County Association of REALTORS, is a 1984 graduate of LaSalle College. Also a licensed General Real Estate Appraiser, John owns John A McCann & Associates, one of the area's largest appraisal firms, with the ability to perform all residential and commercial appraisals. John is a former two-time president of the New Jersey State Real Estate Appraisers Board, where he has served since 1998, and is a Commissioner on the Cape May County Tax Board. John and his wife Kathy have been married since 1986 and live in Ocean City with their daughter Myra and son Sean.

As Broker/Manager, Steve has been with McCann Realtors since 2005. A 1993 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Accountancy, Steve began his professional career as a staff accountant with Ernst & Young, LLP. A lifelong, summer resident of the Jersey Shore, Steve never "got the sand out of his shoes." He relocated permanently to Sea Isle City in 1995, working for an area communications firm that specialized in public relations, advertising and special event marketing, prior to joining the McCann Team.
