Our mission is to grow a mana-enhancing dispute resolution system for Aotearoa. This means a system that is responsive to the diverse needs of people with disputes. Making it easier for people to resolve issues and disputes will contribute to New Zealand's recovery from the impact of COVID 19 and help to improve wellbeing and productivity... Our strategy identifies where we need to focus our efforts to deliver for New Zealanders and the Government. Te Ara Amiorangi identifies where we need to collectively focus and the capabilities we need to further develop to ensure MBIE continues to ‘Grow Aotearoa New Zealand for all'...
