Arlene Siener is the company's Full Charge Bookkeeper and maintains all accounting and payroll records. She has been with The McEnery Company for the past 12 years and brings over 20 years experience as a Legal Administrator. She is also a licensed Notary for the Parish of St. Tammany. A northshore resident, Arlene enjoys tennis, the Southern lifestyle and football in her spare time.

As the Director of Valuation Services with The McEnery Company, Baldwin manages all aspects of our real estate valuation services platform. Baldwin joined the company in 2010, and over the course of a highly integrated relationship with Peter and Parke, Baldwin became a key player on our team. Baldwin is responsible for internal review, property inspections, critical client communications, and internal management of our Valuation Producers. Baldwin is a general certified real estate appraiser in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Florida and Alabama, and he has extensive experience in the appraisal of nearly all property types in markets across our entire geographic coverage area. He is also a candidate for the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute. Finally, Baldwin is a graduate of Isidore Newman School and the University of Alabama. He is recently married to Alexis Justice and looks forward to a promising career in real estate.

Mi Mi Montagnet Bankston, CCIM, is an associate broker and served for 12 years as the original founder, owner and sponsoring broker of M2 Brokerage, a woman-owned commercial and residential real estate brokerage firm before joining the McEnery Company as consultant and associate broker in 2019.

Cameron, a highly skilled and accomplished 3rd generation commercial real estate broker, possesses a wealth of expertise gained from a broad range of experiences in the industry. His background includes Commercial Underwriting for South State Bank, as well as Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Development for Caldwell Commercial Real Estate Services. Cameron has also excelled as the Director of Real Estate Finance at JEM Restaurant Group, LLC, where he expertly managed their vast commercial real estate portfolio, comprising over 170+ Taco Bell stores in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Cameron's remarkable achievements spanned a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from site selection for new Taco Bell stores to overseeing their development and construction, and executing the first transaction of a new store. He was also instrumental in many dispositions and acquisitions for JEM Restaurant Group, LLC.
In addition to his extensive experience, Cameron holds a Master's in Business Administration from The Citadel and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina. He is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in South Carolina.

Christopher C. Bellone received a bachelors and masters degree in architecture from Tulane University. After completing his architectural internship working in the design build construction industry in Washington, DC he returned to New Orleans. From 1991 to 2000 CCDco, Louisiana State Licensed General Contractor, constructed residential and commercial renovations and new construction in New Orleans metro area. During this period Christopher also executed real estate investments and developments, this eventually becoming the focus. He has experience in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. Some of Christopher's past investment and development project include the acquisition and renovation of 30 New Orleans area residential properties, multiple land developments in New Orleans and Florida, as well as new warehouses on South Front Street in New Orleans, just to name a few. Christopher is currently a Louisiana State Licensed Architect, with NCARB reciprocity in 48 states and Real Estate Broker.
Since graduating from the University of Georgia in 2000 with a degree in Real Estate, Christopher has been deeply embedded in the commercial real estate community. Mainly focused within in the retail realm, he has been involved with several million square feet of projects throughout the South. Over the past twenty years, Christopher has represented local, regional, and institutional investors in the acquisition of single and multi-tenant shopping center assets. Additionally, he has partnered with many of the region's premiere developers and owners; personally directing the planning, construction, leasing, and management of ground up and redevelopment projects.
Christopher comes to us to lead the strengthening and expanding of the McEnery retail brand, broadening of investment sales services, and to build development and acquisition partnerships. He and Parke McEnery have several additional noteworthy programs underway, and anticipate the announcement and launch of these ventures in the near future.
Connor was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Economics. After graduating, he moved back to his home state of Louisiana and joined the McEnery Company as a sales agent in 2022. Conner joins Mi Mi Bankston in helping to build our Baton Rouge presence, and is also presently working with Engquist Development in Baton Rouge. When Connor is off the clock, he enjoys going to LSU football games, playing golf, and duck hunting.
Gordon McLeod was the top producing agent for The McEnery Company in 2020 and 2021 with over $86 million in closed transactions since joining the company in 2019. Gordon is focused primarily on commercial real estate brokerage, development, consulting, and project and property management opportunities. Several notable project management and consulting engagements include the Campus Development Plan for Trinity Episcopal School and Church and the Westfeldt Brothers Coffee office renovations.
As a developer, Gordon recently completed overseeing a mixed-use redevelopment of the former McDonogh 30 School/WYLD Radio Station building in the bio-medical district near downtown New Orleans. For the "Schoolhouse" project, Gordon received a 2019 Excellence in Construction and Real Estate Award by New Orleans City Business Magazine, and a 2020 Award for excellence in historic preservation from the Louisiana Landmarks Society. The project is also featured by National Park Service as one of 20 "Select Projects" for the 2020 Annual Report for Federal Historic Tax Credits, along with Wrigley Field and the TWA Flight Center, among others (Press).
Gordon previously served as the Chief of Staff to two New Orleans City Councilmembers. During his tenure with the New Orleans City Council, he worked on myriad legislative initiatives and countless zoning dockets and land use projects, including a complete overhaul of the City's Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance in 2015, as well as City Charter mandated amendment process for the City's Master Plan for the 21st Century, a planning framework for the core systems that shape New Orleans' physical, social, environmental, and economic future, from 2016 to 2018.
He has been certified in the International Building Code and is an expert in land use and planning policy, holding both a Master's Degree in historic preservation from the Tulane University School of Architecture and a bachelor's degree in historic preservation and city planning from the College of Charleston. He is additionally a Fellow of the Institute of Politics at Loyola University New Orleans. Gordon is currently enrolled in coursework to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Gordon currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Crime Commission and GNO, Inc.'s NextGen Council. He is a past President of the Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans Board of Directors as well as the Board of the New Orleans Chapter of Young Presidents Organization NextGen (YNG). He additionally serves on the Building and Grounds Committee for Trinity Episcopal School and Church. Gordon is active in volunteering and coaching at Carrollton Boosters. He also enjoys cooking and fundraising for the annual New Orleans BBQ Festival Hogs for the Cause, which raises money for pediatric brain cancer.
Gordon McLeod joined The McEnery Company is focused primarily on commercial real estate brokerage, development, consulting, and project and asset management opportunities.
Laird joined the McEnery Company in 2016 and is currently a Certified General Appraiser in Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi and Texas. Her experience encompasses a wide range of property types including short-term rentals and hotels, net leased assets, residential subdivisions and planned communities, multi-family, industrial, suburban and downtown office, shopping centers, healthcare, and special purpose properties. Aside from conventional financing, she has experience with specialized financing programs such as Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
Laird grew up in North Carolina and graduated from Rhodes College in 2014. In her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, reading, and traveling.
Originally from Summerfield, North Carolina, Laird graduated from Rhodes College in 2014 with a degree in history and international studies. She joined the McEnery Company as a research analyst in August 2016.
Originally from New Orleans, Louis LeBourgeois graduated from Louisiana State University in 2021 and joined The McEnery Company as a Research Analyst shortly thereafter. While obtaining his degree, Louis gained valuable experience working in student housing at LSU, while also spending a few summers working for The McEnery Company. He is currently acquiring his Real Estate licensure and is focused on advancing his Real Estate capacities in both valuation and brokerage. When not working, Louis spends his time traveling, running, and attending LSU and Saints games.
Maddie Wolf was born and raised in San Diego, California and moved to New Orleans at the age of 18. At just 20 years old Maddie became The McEnery Company's youngest member yet, when she joined the company in 2020. After just two years with The McEnery Company, Maddie was promoted to Director of Operations where she is now responsible for all the internal operations of the company such as marketing, bookkeeping, property management, and much more. As someone who has always had a passion in real estate and architecture, Maddie is excited and eager to be beginning her career in the field!
Maddie Wolf was born and raised in San Diego, California and moved to New Orleans on a whim at the age of 18. Maddie joined the McEnery Company at just 20 years old, making her our youngest team member yet. As someone who has always had an interest in real estate and architecture, Maddie could not be more excited to be beginning her career in the field. Being the company's Administrative Assistant, Maddie looks forward to learning, and expanding her knowledge on the subject, from some of the greatest realtors in the city.
Marilyn St. Ann joined The McEnery Company in May of 2021 as an Appraisal Platform Administrator. She has over 20 years in real estate and is excited to be part of the appraisal team. When not working, Marilyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and cheering on the New Orleans Saints.
Matthew Elder has been in the real estate business since 2003, and has gained considerable experience in commercial real estate and right of way valuation. Focusing primarily on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain, Matthew works by and large in the parishes of St. Tammany, Washington, Livingston and Tangipahoa. Currently, Matthew is pursuing his SR/WA (Designated Senior Member of IRWA) designation with the International Right of Way Association and is a MAI Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute. Matthew is a graduate of Louisiana State University, and has been a certified general real estate appraiser in the State of Louisiana since 2007.
Born and raised in New Orleans. Graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Business. Michael jointed The McEnery Company in fall of 2018 as a Research Analyst.
Moatasim Alhindi became a producer at The McEnery Company in 2023, with an interest in both commercial and residential properties. Hailing from the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana, Moatasim's early exposure to the real estate industry through his father's extensive experience in property flipping and renovation served as the catalyst for his deep-rooted interest in the field.
With an exceptional drive for success and a strong academic background, Moatasim achieved the remarkable milestone of graduating high school at the age of 15. Currently, he is pursuing an advanced education at the University of New Orleans, where he is dedicated to pursuing a doctorate in Psychology, showcasing his multifaceted talents and intellectual pursuits.

Originally from Memphis Tennessee, Nathan relocated to New Orleans after graduating from Tulane University. He joined the McEnery Company in 2015 as a research analyst and has advanced to become a Certified Real Estate Appraiser Trainee and a promising Producer on The McEnery Company valuation platform.
Parke has served or is presently serving on boards and committees related to Rhodes College, Trinity Episcopal School, Gunning for a Cure, Covenant House and numerous other local charitable and social causes. He is the proud father of three young children. Parke is a graduate of Rhodes College, where he was a multi-year letterman on the football team.
Parke McEnery is the Sponsoring Broker of The McEnery Company, and is also responsible for all project management, fee development, and specialized real property consulting. Over the course of 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has developed a unique working knowledge and understanding of nearly all real property classes, as well as a keen familiarity with a broad geography of markets.

Pat Browne III has been an integral member of the team at the McEnery Company since 2006. After graduating from Rhodes College in 2003, Pat traveled the country for three years playing on numerous professional golf tours, before deciding to move home to New Orleans to begin his career in commercial real estate.
Pat was a commercial real estate appraiser with The McEnery Company for over 10 years before shifting his focus directly on real estate brokerage, development and project management in 2017. Pat has developed a unique level of expertise in the historic center of New Orleans and is very well-versed in the various retail, office, industrial and multi-family sectors of our regional market. His invaluable experience as a real estate appraiser allows Pat to offer a higher level of brokerage expertise to his clients by truly understanding the regional market, as well as the key players and the values that drive listings and contracts to reach the closing table.
During his career, Pat has opined on market value of an estimated $750 million in real property assets and has closed in excess of $50 million in real estate brokerage sales and leasing transactions.
Pat is born and raised in New Orleans, with a deep love for the local culture, cuisine, history and most importantly, the incredible people. Pat has served or is presently serving on local boards and committees such as Lighthouse Louisiana, Hibernia Bank, The Legacy Donor Foundation, WRBH Radio for the Blind and Print Handicapped, Trinity Parents Group and numerous other charitable and social groups. Pat is very happily married to his wife; Lucy and has two sons. Pat was a four-year letterman of the Men's Golf Team at Rhodes College and served as the Captain of the team his Senior year.
After playing on the professional golf mini-tours for three years, Pat joined The McEnery Company in 2006, and has become a key member of the team. Pat is a producer with The McEnery Company and is a licensed real estate agent and licensed appraiser trainee. Today, Pat's focus is primarily on real estate brokerage and development opportunities.
After graduating from Tulane University, Peter McEnery founded The McEnery Company in 1980 to pursue the practice of commercial real estate services including brokerage, valuation services, project management, and consulting. Licensed and certified in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama as a state certified general real estate appraiser and/or broker, Mr. McEnery holds the designations of MAI and CRE as issued by The Appraisal Institute ® and The Counselors of Real Estate®. Mr. McEnery is admitted as an expert at the level of local, state and federal courts throughout the region.
Mr. McEnery is personally involved in the day to day operations of the company and accepts and performs assignments with a focus on consulting and valuation related matters.

Rami Khodr joined The McEnery Company as a licensed agent in 2019 with a primary focus in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. Rami attended the University of Alabama and graduated with a degree in Business & Commerce in 2011. He has spread his focus across a variety of commercial real estate sectors including investment properties, retail, office, and industrial. Rami was born and raised in New Orleans and enjoys fishing, sports, and spending time with loved ones. Rami currently lives in Lakeview with his wife Kristin.
Ryan was born and raised in New Orleans, attending Jesuit High School. He graduated with a Sports Administration degree from Louisiana State University. He joined the McEnery Company in February of 2022 after spending time in the Sports Industry, with stops at LSU, NC State, and UNO. Born in Arbroath, Scotland, Ryan relocated to the United States in 2003 and made New Orleans his permanent home. Graduating from the University of Louisiana Lafayette, Ryan joined the McEnery Company as a Research Analyst in 2021. Always having a strong interest in real estate, he is excited to grow his career within the real estate industry. When not working, Ryan enjoys trying to eat his way through all the restaurants New Orleans has to offer, weekend getaways, and all things Film related.
For well over a decade, Parke managed The McEnery Company valuation platform and has opined on the market value of an estimated minimum of $2 billion in real property assets. In 2014, the Appraisal Institute® awarded Parke the prestigious MAI designation.
Scott Weston is a Producer with The McEnery Company and is a general certified real estate appraiser in Louisiana, as well as a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana. Scott has enjoyed measurable success in both our real estate brokerage and real estate valuation platforms. He has developed the level of expertise to enjoy the position as our in-house specialist on more complex valuation assignments including the valuation of real property assets with tangible business enterprise value such as express tunnel car wash facilities and convenience store / gas stations. Scott's real estate appraisal experience is broad and diverse, and he maintains an aggressive and highly competent approach to our real estate services. He resides in the Lower Garden District with wife Alice.
Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, Sean relocated to New Orleans after graduating from Hampden-Sydney College with a degree in Economics and Business. He joined the McEnery Company as a Research Analyst in 2016.
Seph Babington has been active in the real estate industry since 2009. He is a licensed real estate agent in the states of Louisiana and North Carolina with experience in sales, leasing, and property management.
Originally from New Orleans, Trevor graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Psychology. After spending time teaching English abroad, Trevor moved back home to start a career in real estate. He joined the McEnery Company in 2021 as a Research Analyst and looks forward to becoming a Certified Real Estate Appraisal Trainee. When not working, Trevor enjoys riding his bicycle, watching classic films, and rooting for the Pelicans.
Originally from New Orleans, Trevor graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Psychology. He joined the McEnery Company in 2021 as a Research Analyst.
As a licensed real estate Broker, Troy Hagstette has been involved in virtually all aspects of commercial real estate for the past 18 years. Throughout this period Troy has acquired a unique perspective of the Gulf South Commercial Real Estate Market. Whether representing local investors or large corporate institutions, he brings same level of creativity, work ethic, and integrity to every transaction. He is regularly engaged in Commercial Investment Sales, Tenant Representation, Land Assemblages, and Project Development across all Commercial Real Estate classes. Troy graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, from Louisiana State University. He and wife Elizabeth reside in New Orleans and are the proud parents of young twin girls.
Born and raised in Chalmette, Louisiana, Zachary graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Finance. He joined the McEnery Company as a Research Analyst in summer 2018 and has advanced into the Producer role. Zachary is currently a licensed general appraiser trainee and is working towards his certified general appraisal license. When not working, Zachary enjoys reading, traveling, and playing golf.
