Azadul Haq, an Electrical Engineer from Houston, Texas, is currently the CEO of Max Group (Power). He looks after the entire Power portfolio of Max group.
Before joining Max Group in Bangladesh,Haq worked for 19 years at the 3rd largest energy company in the USA, Kinder Morgan that has an enterprise value of over 130 billion dollars. He led a team of professionals who develop and maintain software that runsproduct pipelines such as gasoline, crude oil, kerosene, and jet fuel carrying approx. 2.1 million barrels per day through a maze of 9000 miles of pipelines.
Before joining Kinder Morgan, Haq worked at NASA (Johnson Space Center, Houston) as the NT Administrator under Lockheed Martinanddeveloped widgets for the International Space Station. He became the President of Computer Expo after his graduation and traveled to Bangladesh in 1992 temporarily to build the IT infrastructure of the first private university of Bangladesh - North South University (NSU). Haq is involved in a multitude of other activities. He was the Convener of the Convention Of NRB Engineers or CONE that was held in February2019 at the Hotel Sonargaon and inaugurated by the Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Haq is the Chairman of Bridge 2 Bangladesh, the US-Bangladesh joint venture Green Micro Ltd., President of The Azad Foundation, Inc., one of the sponsor shareholders of NRBC Bank in Bangladesh, and past Chairman of FOBANA (Federation Of Bangladeshi Associations in North America), the largest national organization for the Bangladeshi organizations in North America. He had introduced non-linear editing, large scale digital printing, signs using vinyl cutting in Bangladesh and pioneered 3-D animation.
He published his first book in 2018 and is in the process of finalizing the second one.His hobbies include photography, cinematography, travel, and reading books. He is married and have two sons.

Mr. Mohammed Zayedur Rahman (Izel) is involved with the construction industry of Bangladesh for more than 27 years and has extensive experience in the field of Railway, Roadway, Flyover, Bridges, Embankment Protection and Power Plant construction etc. Mr. Izel has joined MAX GROUP back in 2003 and his role in the company includes overall Project Management, Successful Project Implementation, Material Procurement and various other Management Functions. He is a practical solution provider and understands what is needed to get a job done perfectly. Thus, he is considered as one of the most versatile player of MAX GROUP.

Mr. Kazi Yaminur Rashid (Turjo) joined MAX GROUP as the Head of Lubricant Division, Lub House Industries Ltd in October 2004. Thereon, since past few years, Mr. Turjo is responsible for Group's overall Business Development and Marketing related endeavors. He has a detailed understanding of what it takes for a group of companies to operate in a competitive market. In a very short span of time, he has successfully created a significant brand value of MAX GROUP. He has completed both his BBA and MBA from University of Asia Pacific, Bangladesh. Presently, he is the member of Army Golf Club, Savar Golf Club, Chittagong Boat Club and also the affiliated member of renowned Dhaka Club Ltd. and Gulshan Club Ltd. From 2020, he has been appointed as the CEO of the Industrial Units of MAX GROUP as an additional responsibility.
Mr. Samiul Islam has completed his Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Bachelor of Commerce major in Accounting from RMIT University, Australia and University of Ballarat, Australia respectively. Later on, he became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Australia. He joined the management team of MAX GROUP back in 2016. He is delivering his competency in the Power Sector, one of the most challenging sector where MAX operates. He also holds the directorship of Padma Diagnostic Centre Ltd., one of the premier diagnostic service providers of Bangladesh.
