Becky Price - VP

Becky's career began in senior living 14 years ago as a Director of Sales. She quickly recognized how much joy can be found in doing work that centers around connecting with and serving others. Since that time, Becky has fulfilled a number of roles in the senior living field including Regional Director of Sales, Area Manager of Internet Sales, and most recently, Senior National Sales Director at Sunrise Senior Living. Becky was born in Washington but attended the University of Utah and chose to stay there to raise her family. She is the proud mother of three sons, one daughter, and a mini Goldendoodle named Jack, who is arguably her favorite child. In her free time, Becky enjoys reading, learning new things, traveling, and enjoying the Orange County sunshine.

Christin Kelly

Christin serves as Vice President of Finance at MBK Senior Living, responsible for all aspects of financial management including financial reporting, investor and lender relations, acquisitions and dispositions. Christin's accounting and finance career encompasses over 21 years, including 19 years in the senior housing industry. She is focused quantitative and qualitative analysis and strategy. In her tenure with MBK Senior Living, she has lead the company's acquisition efforts. She has lead the process for 14 acquisitions, with transactions totaling almost a half a billion dollars, including the largest transaction in the company's property history, a 400 million 9 property portfolio. She has also established new lender relationships closing nearly 70 million in loans. Christin has deep experience in system development and administration. Using a systems approach, with an open and transparent communication style, she has created an environment that facilitated high employee satisfaction and strong investor and lender relationships. Christin began her career in public accounting with Deloitte. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of California Santa Barbara and is a licensed CPA in the State of California.

Diana Engle - VP

Diana holds a Master of Science in Human Development and family studies and has worked with elder clients and their families in a variety of settings for 30 years. Diana started in the assisted living industry in 1996 as a shift supervisor caregiver in a memory care neighborhood. Since then, she has served as a memory care coordinator, executive director and at the corporate level serving in regional, divisional and national roles supporting memory care and resident enrichment programs. A sought-after presenter of dementia, training and caregiving topics, Diana has presented at multiple professional and family caregiver conferences. Diana serves on the California Assisted Living Association's education committee and volunteers as a dementia educator for her local community. She is a California native and currently resides in Mesa, Arizona.

Eric Portnoff

Eric came into the senior living industry as a developmental disability expert, with over 20 years of experience. He has been serving the senior population since 2008, with roles such as Executive Director, Regional Director of Memory Care, developing some of the first memory care programs in China, and most recently, the VP of Memory Care & Resident Programs. Eric has had a lifelong passion for working with those with cognitive differences. He aspires to develop a culture of trust where seniors living with cognitive differences can thrive and express themselves.

Jeff Fischer - President

Jeff Fischer joined MBK Senior Living as President to oversee operations and growth of the company. He has worked in the senior living industry for the past 25 years in a variety of capacities, including Human Resources, Training and Operations. In his current role, Jeff oversees all aspects of the Senior Living Division, as a part of MBK Real Estate Companies. Jeff has served on several committees and special interest groups, including grassroots efforts on behalf of the industry. Additionally, he has served on the local AFLA board of directors for Florida, South Carolina and Georgia. Additionally, Jeff serves on the board of directors for the American Senior Housing Association. Prior to joining MBK, Jeff held senior operations roles at Sunrise Senior Living, Emeritus Senior Living, LifeTrust America and Integral Senior Living.

John Masamori

John joins us on July 6th after a successful career at Marriott where he has held various leadership positons within Human Resources, most recently serving as Vice President of HR for VRI Americas, a division of Marriott Vacations Worldwide. John has extensive experience managing large diverse employee populations over multiple states. John is a thoughtful, collaborative leader with a passion for identifying innovative methods to attract, develop and retain employees. John is a graduate of University of Colorado Denver, holds several professional certifications and presently serves on the Design ThinkingAdvisory Board at the University of California, Riverside. John resides in Irvine with his wife and two sons. They enjoy exploring new restaurants and outdoor activities. He can be found most Saturdays at Cars & Coffee, checking out the latest designs with his sons.

Matt Perez

Matt has an extensive career in Dining Services, with positions that have allowed him to work in some of the most sought-after destinations in the world. He has previously served as VP of Dining Services, National Director of Dining, and Executive Chef at a number of senior living companies as well as TS restaurants. Matt received his culinary training from the Culinary Institute of America and over the years, has honed his skills working with some of the country's best known restaurateurs. Matt hopes to make a difference in the world by prioritizing sustainability, all while creating the perfect bite!

Michael Bardelmeier - SVP

Michael grew up in Northern California where he developed an adventurous spirit and a love for the outdoors. He began racing stock cars at the young age of fifteen and later jumped out of a perfectly good airplane twice before setting out to hike the Grand Canyon from one rim to the other in a single day. Michael started his professional career leasing and managing apartment communities in San Jose, CA and has lived and worked in many cities throughout the country including Phoenix, Kansas City, Seattle, Chicago, and Dallas. In 2009, he discovered senior living and was inspired by the incredible lives and experiences of the many residents, and the selfless dedication of caring team members. In the last ten years, he has directed as many as 68 communities as Vice President of Operations for two large national senior living providers. Today, Michael lives in Huntington Beach, CA with Julie, his wife of 20 years and their two cats, Peyton & Hobie. They enjoy traveling and exploring new places and spending as much time as possible with Michael's 90 year old grandmother, "Mema" who still lives on her own and has been one of the most influential people in his life.

Roger Green

Roger Green is a results driven planning and development professional with over 20 years of planning and real estate development experience. In his role at MBK Senior Living, Roger oversees a department consisting of five project managers and this year is responsible for deploying approximately $15 million dollars in renovation and capital upgrades across the portfolio. He is also responsible for ensuring communities are well maintained through preventative maintenance programs. Prior to joining MBK Senior Living, Roger held acquisition and development positions with Sunrise Senior Living, West Living and the San Diego Housing Commission. During this time, Roger acquired, renovated and obtained development approvals for approximately 2,300 units of senior housing and affordable housing units with budgets between $15m and $45m. Roger is also a recipient of the prestigious SAGE design award for Sunrise Senior Living of Fullerton and most recently for The Firs Retirement Community located in Olympia, WA. He has earned a bachelor of science degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in Urban and Regional Planning and a professional certificate from UC Irvine in Development and Construction Management.
