Fast-forward to early career days as a tech support analyst, I was given an opportunity to develop an inventory tracking system and learned what a SQL was [hint - it isn't the 2nd movie in a series…] and discovered that data systems, how they are built, maintained, and governed was where I wanted to focus and provide value to the companies I worked with...
Most recently, I have spent the last 5 years in ServiceNow Architecture, building solutions for multiple modules and leading data governance and quality initiatives across an enterprise CMDB, ITSM Transformation journey, and implementing the ServiceNow CSDM 4.0 model.
