Before founding mcrIT, Harry worked for many years at Honeywell and Digital Equipment Corporation, following completion of his Computer Engineering postgraduate studies in the USA. Harry is married and has five children: the 5th being mcrIT itself, which he and his wife Jilla founded in 1988. Since mcrIT's beginnings as a computer hardware sales organisation, Harry has successfully shaped the company into a leading infrastructure solutions provider in the IT industry. Harry has active interests in property development. He can also be spotted cycling across scenic Sydney streets, climbing the heights of indoor rock-climbing walls, or leading the mcrIT charge in friendly soccer matches.

Margaret has been with mcrIT since the start of 2016. She is a strong leader with experience in IT, telecommunications, and business change management. Margaret handles the creation and delivery of mcr's IT strategies and policies. She is also responsible for ensuring client satisfaction. Before joining mcrIT, Margaret held technical and leadership roles in IT and telecommunications companies across Australia and New Zealand.

Sam was appointed as CEO in 2014 with the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the company. Sam has progressed and developed through a variety of sales roles over his 16 years with mcrIT. This culminated in his appointment as Director of Sales and progressed on to the role of General Manager of Pacific Operations, where he was responsible for the creation and management of mcrIT's offshore interests. Significant growth in this area led to a successful merger between mcr PNG and Allcom PNG which resulted in the formation of the largest ICT provider in the region. Sam holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from University of Sydney, majoring in Economics with a minor in Corporate Law, and has been continuing his education in programs with Harvard Business School.

Sid joined mcrIT in June 2004 and is responsible for mcrIT's financial infrastructure. He has held positions of financial manager and financial advisor within corporate accounting and financial management fields in the IT industry since 1988. Sid holds a BA in Accounting and Statistics and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
