Mr. Snyder joined Arrow Manufacturing in 2008 as the company's controller and has served in that capacity since. He has more than 35 years of experience in manufacturing and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University. He earned a Six Sigma Green Belt while at IDEX Corporation. Before joining the company, he served in various financial and accounting positions with the Lubriquip division of Graco and IDEX Corporation; Paramount Metal Products Company and the North American Refractories division of Allied Signal/Honeywell Corporation.

John L. Habe, IV - President

Mr. Habe has been President of Metal Seal Precision, Ltd since its founding in 2011 following the merger of Arrow Manufacturing and Metal Seal & Products, Inc. Prior to the merger he was President of similar manufacturing companies. He has spent more than 25 years in the machined parts industry.

Mario Manocchio

Mr. Manocchio has more than 35 years of experience in the precision machining industry with deep experience in metallurgy, engineering, production, operations, business development and senior management. Before joining Metal Seal Precision in 2015, he held senior management positions at Angstrom Precision and Worthington Precision Metals. He directs and is responsible for all business development activities for Metal Seal Precision.

Michael Bobbitt

Mr. Bobbitt is responsible for managing the Metal Seal Precision Quality team and overseeing all IT infrastructure installation and training. He is a graduate of Brookport State University in New York and the lead manager on Metal Seal Precision's TS 16949 Certification team. He has been with Metal Seal in various managerial positions for more than 23 years.
