With a strong ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and negotiate, Cory works with sellers of Real Estate to evaluate, market and sell their properties by online auction. He also provides experienced advice, and strategic options to sellers to obtain the best possible return for them. He previously worked in a supervisory and merchandising role within a large retail company, and the experiences and skills Cory gained there helps him with the sales strategies, high pressure time-management and leadership demands in his current role of overseeing the Real Estate division with Ron McDougall. Having been with McDougall Auctioneer's through 7 years of change, Cory would like to see the company continue to grow in brand recognition and success as well as seeing a general acceptance by the public towards the viability of selling Real Estate by auction, as it is already seen in many other countries around the world. He is originally from Victoria, BC and enjoys spending time with family and friends, the escape of reading, and the joy of flying privately. Cory obtained his pilot's licence through the air cadet program at the age of 17, and his Realtors Licence in 2016.

Curt is one of the newer members of the South Sask Equipment Appraisals and McDougall Auctioneers Ltd team. He's excited to be part of the company's growth and has been enjoying introducing the company to clients all over Saskatchewan and further afield. After finishing high school Curt trained as an agriculture technician at Olds College then spent several years in Australia, where he added to his skills by working as a welder, plumber and general builder. Curt returned to Canada with his wife and young family in 2010 then spent a decade increasing his equipment knowledge by working as an agriculture technician near his hometown of Kelvington, Saskatchewan. Having bought and sold a wide range of equipment for his ranch and custom combining operation, Curt is ideally suited to accurately appraise a variety of equipment, machinery and other items. Curt enjoys facilitating communication between customers and takes satisfaction in a job well done. His honesty and attention to detail, combined with his down-to-earth approach and agricultural knowledge and expertise, ensures the best possible results for customers. In his spare time, Curt enjoys working with cattle and horses on his ranch and spending time with his family. His education history includes the following: Agriculture Technician (Olds College, AB) Journeyman Builder (Australia) Canadian Personal Property Appraiser (CPPAG) Applied Failure Analysis Level One (Finning Canada) Curt grew up on a grain, sheep and cattle farm and began helping with the operation at a young age. In the summers between attending college he oversaw the management of a manure injection crew. After moving to Australia, Curt worked as a welder and a water treatment system technician then began building high-end houses. He learned many different aspects of the building trade, including carpentry, plumbing, roofing, painting, cabinetry, brickwork, concrete work, tiling and landscaping. After moving back to Canada, he worked as an agriculture technician on a variety of equipment, including combines, tractors and semis, while running a ranch and custom combining operation. Curt started working with McDougall Auctioneers Ltd as a sales representative then transitioned to working in the South Sask Equipment Appraisals division as an appraiser at the beginning of 2022.

Advising on long term business and financial planning. Through continued execution of these tasks, his goal is to formulate a clear financial plan that projects an expectation of what to work towards, while also helping influence the growth of the company. Jay also has years of experience in sales and contract negotiations. His experience as well as his friendly, approachable style make those often-stressful interactions between customer and employee both pleasant and comfortable. Jayme is a Red Seal certified Heavy Duty Truck and Transport Technician, with several years experience as a Shop Foreman. Kristie works as the Corporate Advertising & Telecommunications Manager at our Atlantic office located in Belledune, New Brunswick. Overseeing the daily operations of both the advertising division, where our schedules are made and budgets are allocated, and also our telecommunications division, where calls for all locations come in and are re-directed to the appropriate location and department. Kristie holds a diploma in graphic arts acquired in 2006 from the New Brunswick Community College located in Woodstock, NB, where she graduated with Honours as well as with Highest Academic Standing in her field of study. She joined the McDougall Auctioneers team after working at Brunswick News in the graphics department and relocating to Saskatchewan. After working in our Emerald Park office, she decided to move back to her home province of New Brunswick and continued to work remotely. With the expansion of McDougall Auctioneers in the west, an Atlantic office grew and now has 8 employees.

Riley is the personality of McDougall Auctioneers with a personable and people-focused approach. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor leave clients feeling good and with a desire to come back. Riley pursued a crane operator's certificate and worked in construction before moving to Saskatchewan and joining the McDougall team. He began working at the company in 2010 and has spent time in many job titles, working his way up to his current position. He spends his days focused on acquisitions and business expansion. He achieved his Certified Personal Property Appraisers certificate and helped to steer McDougall Auctioneers through the transition from conventional to online auctions. Growing up in Vancouver, as part of a big family, Riley had exposure at an early age to what is means to be part of a business-oriented crew. He uses that experience to keep McDougall Auctioneers moving progressively forward.

As another one of the McDougall brothers raised on the family farm in Langbank, SK, Ron has been helping with McDougall Auctioneers sales since its inception in 1982, with the exception of owning and operating southeast auctions for seven years. An integral part of the Real Estate Division alongside Cory Hall, Ron is in charge of online selling of all Real Estate, Residential, Acreages, Farmland, & Commercial Property. His ability to converse with a large variety of people helps to understand each individual situation and to direct and help each client achieve their goal.

Joining McDougall Auctioneers with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the U of S, Tanya is in charge of leading and supervising the Accounting team in the Finance department. This also includes payables, receivables, payroll, tax remittances, bank recs, asset acquisition, depreciation, prepaids, and accrual entries as well as preparation of monthly financial statements. Through direct work experience, Tanya has developed strong analytical, budgeting, forecasting, administrative, and bookkeeping skills. She's also been responsible for all aspects of the accounting cycle. With the demands that come from Accounting work, McDougall Auctioneers benefits from Tanya's strong organizational and time management skills, as well as her multi-tasking and adaptability to different situations and changing environments. Her goals for the company are to continue to work on getting accurate financial statements out in a timely manner and help develop procedures relating to accounting to create consistencies across all locations. Tanya enjoys spending time outdoors and supporting her three children during their extra-curricular activities.
