One of the services that we offer is providing the Developer a comprehensive scope and budget estimate, broken out in easy to understand divisions, based upon a walkthrough of a prospective existing property. We will help define the scope, explore the best construction means and methods to achieve success (tenant-in-place, etc.), and discuss in realistic terms what the project may cost to construct...
