Jendayi Harris, affectionately known as J, has over 20 years of corporate experience and seeks to enrich leaders to manage emotions, time, and teams effectively. She enjoys coaching leaders 1:1 to create big results without the side effects of poor health, no fun, family upset, and an overwhelming inbox. Since joining McGhee Productivity Solutions in 2014, she's served various roles at McGhee Productivity Solutions including Take Back Your Life! Program Leader, Training Manager, and Delivery Consultant. Jendayi received her bachelor's degree in business from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ as a part of the Martin Luther King Scholarship Association, and a Master of Arts from Colorado Christian University in Counseling Psychology. She holds a Licensed Professional Counselor designation in Colorado and is a Board Certified National Counselor and Health Coach. Jendayi is also certified in Emotional Intelligence and DiSC Personality Assessments. She has ten years of experience in the financial industry. She believes it's important to embrace your humanness when it comes to productivity.

Joel Sutliff

Joel is a Senior Consultant with McGhee Productivity. He is an engaging facilitator, coach, and keynote speaker who leads programs for a wide-range of clients around the world. He is in high demand by clients for his dynamic style, mastery of technology, and interactive approach. He is also a key member of the instructional design team creating courses, educational content, and piloting new programs. Prior to coming to McGhee, he utilized his talents in corporate communication and operations, global philanthropy, commercial industries, and the performing arts. He was introduced to the McGhee approach while working for a large non-profit, where he experienced the positive impact of the programs first-hand. He became so passionate about the work and possibilities it created for catalyzing change, he came on board full time to be able to share it with as many people as possible. Joel lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife, two children, and his Aussie Shepherd.

Mitch Roberts

He has worked with a wide array of organizations from small non-profits to Fortune 100. He is passionate about helping teams and individuals better understand their value and have more effective conversations. As an experienced business owner, Mitch is driven to see ROI generated from greater accountability and engagement, reduction in turnover and an increase in employee retention. Mitch came to McGhee because he loves witnessing lives saved from stress, overwhelm, and anxiety and transformed to feeling free, confident, and in control.

Neven Campodonico

Neven is a consultant based in Peru and oversees the Latin American market for the company. She has delivered work in Europe, Latin America, and the US, as well as traveling to and living in many different countries over the years. Her background in communication and her many cultural experiences give her unique reference points to help serve her clients. Neven loves her work and is passionate about helping people create the life they want to live by doing the things that make their life worth living. Her goal is helping those who really want to make a change. She particularly loves working with clients 1:1 to help bring order to overwhelmed lives. Getting things in order is one of her specialties and she brings this into every aspect of her life. She loves to spend time with her young son and enjoys travel, film, and photography.

Sanjay Mehta

Sanjay is a Consultant with McGhee Productivity. Based in Singapore, he is a masterful and engaging facilitator, in both virtual and in-person settings, and facilitates courses for McGhee clients throughout Asia. He has an extensive background in consulting, technology, talent management, and leadership. He is a natural problem solver and loves serving people in their work and personal lives. Sanjay spent the first 20 years of his career in the technology world, including nearly a decade at Microsoft. In addition to working with McGhee, he also owns his own successful consulting firm in Singapore, delivering leadership and talent development. He has a degree in Computer Science and Economics from Indiana University Bloomington and is certified in various psychometric tools such as MBTI, Workplace Big5 and Emergenetics. He is a certified coach by the Neuroleadership Institute, as well as a Lego SeriousPlay Facilitator.

Stacy Lindbloom

He also founded Crawford & Grey, a small business advocate and consultative firm in Denver Colorado. In 2016, Steven joined McGhee Productivity Solutions as a consultant.
