Justin Pietrasz a wealth advisor who works with clients to help them identify their financial goals while partnering with them to develop an understanding of how their decision making can affect their financial plan. In addition, Justin studies and analyzes various investment products, gathering data to help MGO determine optimal investment strategies and fund choices for 401(k)'s, IRAs, Roth IRAs, and taxable investment accounts. He has a strong background in the field of investments, attaining the Certified Financial Planner® and Chartered Financial Consultant® designations.
Justin has been with MGO since 2012 and is a graduate of John Carroll University. He resides in Brunswick Hills, Ohio.

Paul is a Vice President, Principal, and MGO's Chief Compliance Officer. He works with clients, primarily personal wealth clients but also retirement plan clients, to help them grow wealth and to identify and achieve their financial goals, creating financial plans, and managing investments.
Paul lives with his wife, Rosie, in Copley, Ohio. They have three grown children, two boys (both Eagle Scouts) and a girl, who reside in Columbus, Ohio, Covington, Kentucky, and Akron, Ohio.
Paul has biked the C&O Trail, the Great Allegheny Passage (on a recumbent bike.) As a backpacker, he has completed Philmont (twice) and the Teton Crest Trail. Other hobbies include cooking, reading, and frisbee golf.
