Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many locations are unable to receive regular product delivery now. Some locations are closed, or limited in delivery hours. This can cause some delivery issues once the product leaves our facility. Please make sure you are in contact with us and up date us on any change in your delivery schedule. Are you open? What are your hours of operation? Is there a good contact phone number for the carrier to call ahead? Once a shipment has left our facility, any deliveries attempted by the carrier that are unsuccessful or develop other issues may incur some sort of service surcharge. We will have to pass those charges to you with an additional freight invoice. We can provide documentation of those charges if needed.
