Jessica is a master's prepared registered nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience. She has worked in specialties such as medical-surgical, telemetry, orthopedics, critical care, and trauma. She enjoys sharing her healthcare knowledge and empowering patients along the journey to self-care using a holistic approach.

Kristen Light

Kristen is involved in the business of finding potential clients that can utilize MRC services to help their organizations' benefit plans. She has regular contact with new individuals every day and is involved in the initial conversations that lead to the long term relationships MRC has with its customers. Kristen has a background of 22 years in sales, event and digital/social media sales. She graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a degree in communications. She has numerous years of experience with working with clients from all backgrounds.

Kristy Bison-Moesch

Kristy Bison-Moesch is the Director of Utilization Management. As a vital member of the Quality Management team, Kristy acts as a liaison for plan members, benefit consultants, stop loss carriers, TPAs, physicians, and facilities throughout the United States. Kristy provides oversight and support to the Utilization Management team providing determination of medical necessity of member plan benefits including but not limited to: • Assessment of the need for Case Management services • Rehabilitation services • Medical procedures • Surgical procedures • Inpatient hospitalizations • Outpatient services • Mental Health services • DME
