Ms. Stone graduated from Arizona State University in 1998 with a BA in broadcasting and history. She possesses an e-notary certificate from the National Notary Association.
Mrs. Stine is a founding owner of SW Liens. and sits on the Board of Directors. She has worked in the legal field in Arizona since 1972 and is a licensed Private Investigator.
Jeff Bouma has been practicing law in the areas of Environmental, Toxic, Torts, Civil Rights, Medical Malpractice Catastrophic Personal Injury since 1988. Mr. Bouma received his A-V rating in 1997 and has been listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers in 2003 in both Environmental Litigation and Medical Malpractice litigation.
Currently, he is a member of the American Bar Association Professional Negligence, Environmental and Pharmaceutical Torts Sections, Tort, Civil Rights, and Insurance Practice Sections, the Arizona Association for Justice and The State Bar of Arizona Litigation Section. In the past he has help numerous positions in the Environmental sections of the Maricopa County Bar Association Environmental Section, including Chairman, where he over saw the transformation of the section into Committee. He has help positions on the Executive Council of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona since his election to the ENRLS board in 1996.
Mr. Bouma has written and lectured extensively on the issues of Arizona Medical Liens.
Mr. Bouma received his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University where he studied political and environmental science.
Mr. Stine is the President of SWL, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Cincinnati School of Law. Mr. Stine was also a First Lieutenant in the United States Army. He practiced Law in Arizona for 37 years. Mr. Stine was previously a certified instructor of evidence and criminal procedure at Phoenix College, Phoenix, Arizona (1980-82) and acted as a judge pro tempore for Gilbert Municipal Court, Gilbert, Arizona(2000-02). He has managed SW Liens since its inception.
