Kollect Partners was established on January 1, 2022 by five partners, including Mr. Katsumasa MINAGAWA, the former founding and managing partners of Minagawa Ebisu Law Office which was established in September 2010. Mr. Minagawa is one of only a few Japanese qualified attorneys to have experience working at both Japanese and foreign law firms and companies. Based upon his extensive experience and expertise, we provide first-class legal services to a wide variety of companies, including the subsidiaries and affiliates of the major global companies and the listed companies in the Japan Stock Exchange as well as start-up companies and venture companies. While we have the clients those have already expanded their business and became the listed companies, we are willing to provide legal services to the clients to develop and expand their business and assist them becoming the globally leading companies in their fields.
