A graduate of Iowa State University and the University of Houston, Founding Principal Don Meeks serves as Chief Executive Officer, as well as head of design services, directing the activities of the firms talented design staff. Don's wide-ranging expertise in the multi-family industry have led his firm to design countless award-winning projects, gaining regional and national accolades.

Eric Uribe

Eric received his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and oversees Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration for local and national projects. Eric's leverages his technical expertise to assist project teams with building codes and accessibility (ADA) compliance. His experience includes a variety of project types including mid-rise, low-rise, and mixed-use for multi-family residential developments including active adult and student housing projects.

John Garvey

John received his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and oversees Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration for local and national projects. John prides himself on having a strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility, and construction types and has gained a great deal of experience working on projects ranging from 3-story wood frame to high-rise concrete. John works with project teams to lead projects from design development through the construction completion while maintaining the design intent. John is a Registered Architect in the State of Texas.

Jon A. Préjean

A graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Jon serves as Managing Partner focusing on day to day operations of the firm, including contracts, budgeting, and scheduling. Jon brings significant project and financial management skills, overseeing the coordination and preparation of the project budget and schedule. He has played significant roles on a wide variety of multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial projects within the private and public sectors. With an extensive knowledge and expertise in building codes, Fair Housing and ADA requirements, Jon provides an understanding and ability to educate the firm's professionals and clients on interpreting these guidelines and how they interface with other design standards in project applications. Jon is a Registered Architect and a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Keith Malone

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design and a Master's degree in Architecture, Keith oversees projects from schematic design through construction administration for both local and national project sites. Keith's project experience includes high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise projects, as well as, mixed-use, student housing and active adult projects. Keith's responsibility also includes code interpretation and compliance as well as supervising the technical implementation of the firm's production standards. Clients seek out his leadership and knowledge to ensure high-quality projects, on time and within budget. Keith is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), and Texas Society of Architects (TSA).

Throughout his career, Medardo has demonstrated his ability to handle a wide range of complex project types. His current project experience focuses on mid-rise, low-rise, and mixed-use for multi-family residential developments including active adult projects where he provides team support by navigating building code and accessibility compliance along with diving into the challenges of construction detailing. Medardos personal credo of treating others with respect makes him a project manager with whom both team members and clients want to work with.

Ryan Meeks

Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a minor in Art from the University of Iowa, and went on to obtain his Master in Architecture from The University of Texas. Ryan has spent his career learning the many facets of design through a variety of project types including high-rise, mid-rise, low-rise, and mixed-use for a variety of multi-family residential developments including active adult and student housing projects. Ryan's role includes all phases of the firm's projects from land planning and design, to project management, integrating each one seamlessly. Ryan utilizes his varied experience to foster close collaboration with the client, design team, and contractor, ensuring projects are architecturally pleasing, functional, and within budget. Ryan works internally with project teams to improve the firm's product quality and works directly with developers across the country to continue to expand the firm's client base on a national level. Ryan is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) where he is LEED certified.

Trevor Meeks

Trevor attended Tulane School of Architecture, where he received his Masters in Architecture. With over ten years of experience in multifamily design, his portfolio includes in high-rise, mid-rise, low-rise, and mixed-use for a variety of residential developments including active adult and student housing projects. Trevor brings a substantial knowledge base to his work and while his primary focus is on design, Trevor has in-depth experience through every phase of a project, from early land planning, production detailing on through construction administration. With this background, Trevor is able to anticipate complications and achieve resourceful solutions for challenging projects. Trevor is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
