Managing Director - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Algirdas Baltrušaitis. Algirdas graduated from Kaunas University of Technology in 1969 in civil engineering and defended doctor thesis in Moscow Central Institute of Research of Building structures (CNIISK) in 1986. Since 1988 Algirdas has been a lecturer at Kaunas University of Technology.
