Alan began his career as a Financial Analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). At JLL, Alan evaluated, structured and closed public-private transactions to maximize the value of federal and local government property. Alan supported the negotiations, successful transaction closure and asset management of several multi-family developments that privatized housing at US Air Force installations. In 2009, Alan founded Meltzer Real Estate and began acquiring failed condominium conversions and developments in the Chicago area and de-converting them to apartments. The company has since expanded into acquiring stabilized and value-add multi-family and mixed-use properties and providing third party property management services. Alan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He is an Illinois Licensed Community Association Manager and an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker.

Carlos was born and raised in Chicago, IL. After working at Starbucks for two years, he decided to participate in the Starbucks College Achievement Plan and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary studies. Carlos began his career at Meltzer Real Estate as a Property Management Intern and was hired as a full-time Assistant Property Manager a few months later.
Ciddy Nowosad began her career in graphic design and marketing in various industries including real estate, law, architecture and banking. She obtained her real estate license in 2008 and worked as a leasing agent for 10 years before transitioning to property management. Ciddy possesses a deep knowledge of the local real estate market, leasing, advertising and property management making her a trusted asset to the team. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Grant MacEwan College.

Sarah was born and raised in Memphis, TN and moved to Chicago in 2018. Upon her arrival in Chicago, she began working as a daycare assistant for the Nauss House, a small private daycare in the suburbs. Within a year she was promoted to Assistant Director where she gained a deeper understanding of customer service, communication and the ability to make quick decisions. She began her career at Meltzer Real Estate as a property management intern and was hired as a full time Assistant Property Manager a few months later. She received her Bachelors of Science in Finance from Missouri State University.
Sherry began her career as an accountant at China Life Insurance Company, Ltd. At CLI, she was in charge of accounts payable, payroll and assisted with the financial budget for 4 branches. Sherry also worked as an accountant for CARE Facility Maintenance, where she performed monthly bank reconciliations, generated financial statements and assisted in tax preparations. Sherry received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Beijing Institute of Technology in Beijing, China. She received her Master of Science degree in Accounting from University of Illinois at Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
