MERLIN COMMUNICATIONS - Key Persons
Andrew "AJ" Clark has joined our team in August of 2021 as a project manager/ estimator. AJ has been in the low voltage industry for 13 years. Most of that time he was a technician installing structured cabling (copper and fiber), camera systems, and point to point wireless solutions. He also brings to us several certifications in the surveillance industry that include Milestone Certified Integration Technician (MCIT), Milestone Certified Integration Engineer (MCIE), and Wisenet Professional Certification. AJ is also a graduate from the Pennsylvania School of Technology with a bachelor's degree in network administration.
With over 15 years in the telecommunications industry, Dustin has done everything from structured cabling, cell phone tower radio-head and base stations to climbing telephone poles and lashing fiber optic cable. Dustin is a BICSI Certified Technician and hold numerous manufacturing certifications including Corning, Sumitomo FutureFlex Blown Fiber, Lencore Sound Masking, Levition, Ortronics, Panduit, 3M, Commscope, and OSHA/MSHA. When Dustin is not at work, he is constantly thinking about Merlin and how to improve what we do and believes that if we support our team properly there isn't anything we can't accomplish.

Ken Anderson has joined our team here at Merlin Communications in August of 2021. Ken brings over 20 + years of industry experience and knowledge of the Low Voltage industry. Ken has worked as a technician completing journeyman wireman apprenticeship and telecommunications training, BICSI Technician, and business management. In his career he has worked in the field as a technician, project manager, estimator, operations manager, and department manager. He has a passion for the Low Voltage Industry, team building, and mentoring. He has mentored and lead teams in the telecommunications, surveillance, fire alarm, security, and access control portions of the industry.
Mark founded DenMark Business Solutions in Lewisberry PA 18 years ago and then expanded his business by acquiring Merlin Communications at the start of 2018. Mark's technology know-how runs deep and wide and he is very excited to share his expertise with clients. Mark is a proud member of the Mechanicsburg Rotary Club and is extremely proud of Merlin's deep roots in the community and surrounding areas.

Meghan is Merlin Communications' administrative assistant. Meghan is a 2013 graduate of Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School, and she completed her bachelor's degree at Duquesne University with a major in Organizational Leadership. Meghan has a background in customer service and enjoys working with others and meeting new people along the way. Although Meghan is new to the telecommunications field, she looks forward to learning new things every day and finding new ways to apply what she learns.
Tom Reed has joined our team in February of 2022 estimator. Tom has been in the electrical and low voltage industry for over 25 years. Tom is a U.S. Army Veteran who also worked in Iraq and Afghanistan for various government contractors after his time in the Army. In his career he has worked as a journeyman electrician, data technician, project manager, estimator, and field superintendent. He currently holds a journeyman electrical license. He also is a current student at Penn State University studying Information Science and Technology.
