Dr. Ronald Ford serves as the Program Director for the Pediatrics Residency Program at Memorial Healthcare System.
Dr. Ford graduated from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Since graduating, he has held many administrative positions, including Medical Director of Forensic Pediatrics at East Tennessee Children's Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee; Clinical Director of the Hospitalist Program at All Children's Hospital in St Petersburg, Florida and most recently as Medical Director of the Pediatric Hospitalist Program at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital. He is board certified in pediatrics.
Dr. Ford currently has an academic appointment at Florida Atlantic University. Previous appointments include the University of South Florida College of Medicine and the Medical University of South Carolina. Since 1998, Dr. Ford has been a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and is currently a member of both the AAP Sections on Hospital Medicine and Bioethics.
Dr. Ford has served and chaired many committees. At Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, he currently serves on the Graduate Medical Education Committee, the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Advisory Council, Inpatient Care Committee, Clinical Effectiveness Committee, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and Council on Quality and Safety.

Dr. Saima Chaudhry serves as the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Chief Academic Officer for all Graduate Medical Education programs at Memorial Healthcare System.
After acquiring her medical degree at New York University in 1996, Dr. Chaudhry completed her internal medicine residency and fellowship at University of California at Los Angeles. While at UCLA she also earned a master's degree in health services administration and in later years a certificate in faculty development from Stanford University and a certificate from the Health Care Executives Leadership Program at the Harvard School of Public Health. She is board certified in internal medicine.
Dr. Chaudhry comes to Memorial from North Shore-LIJ Health System in New York, where she served as Vice Chair for Education in the Department of Medicine and coordinated the merger of two residency programs into the 13th largest medical training program nationwide with nearly 160 residents. She also served as Professor of Medicine at the Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine. Prior leadership positions at North Shore-LIJ Health System include Associate Director and Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program. She has been the recipient of numerous leadership awards and community service honors.
Dr. Chaudhry has led and served on numerous regional and national professional groups and is noted to be an innovator in the field of graduate medical education. She was selected by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to serve on the New York Council on Graduate Medical Education and Chairs the Association of Program Directors of Internal Medicine Survey and Scholarship Committee. She has published extensively in the field of GME and participates in numerous speaking engagements nationwide. In addition, Dr. Chaudhry is affiliated with Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine, American College of Health Care Executives, American College of Physicians and the Greater New York Hospital Association.

Marc L. Napp, MD, MS, FACS, is the executive vice president and chief medical officer for Memorial Healthcare System.
Dr. Napp is a physician executive with a well-established career in healthcare quality, patient safety, physician leadership development, and crisis management. He has held senior positions in academic, community, and integrated healthcare delivery settings, and has extensive experience managing medical staff operations, driving systemness, and improving alignment of clinical operations.
Prior to joining Memorial, Dr. Napp was the deputy chief medical officer and leader of the system-wide emergency management program (including the response to COVID-19) at Mount Sinai Health System in New York. Previous to Mount Sinai, he held various medical leadership positions at Northwell Health and Lenox Hill Hospital, providing oversight for all aspects of medical staff operations.
Dr. Napp began his career as an attending surgeon at Surgical Associates of Western Connecticut and Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT. He earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, an MS in Administrative Medicine from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University. He has served on numerous state and industry committees and panels, and is a founder of the Clinical Quality Fellowship Program of Greater New York Hospital Association and the United Hospital Fund.
