Alexandra Callinan is an associate with the corporate immigration team at MSK LLP. Before practicing law, Alexandra was employed at the Operations Support Centre and the Case Management Branch at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship ("IRCC")'s National Headquarters in Ottawa, Ontario. Alexandra's practice and commitment to her clients are inspired both by her years working at IRCC and her own family's experience of coming to Canada as immigrants and refugees. Alex obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science & Human Rights from Carleton University and then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa in 2018. Alexandra specializes in all categories of work permits, study permits, and applications for permanent residence and citizenship and assists companies and individuals in developing immigration plans that meets their needs In her free time, Alexandra enjoys baking for her family, camping, and reading.

Daniel Kingwell

Daniel is a partner at MSK LLP, where he has been for almost two decades. While he represents clients in all aspects of Canadian immigration law, he loves the litigation side, and spends most of his days in court, or preparing to do so. Daniel became a partner at Mamann Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP in 2012. At MSK LLP, Daniel is one of the heads of the firm's thriving litigation department. A primary focus of his practice is on the Federal Court, where for almost two decades he has argued applications for leave and judicial review, as well as motions for stays of removal. He has also argued hundreds of cases at the Immigration and Refugee Board, including appeals of removal orders, residency and sponsorship determinations at the Immigration Appeal Division, admissibility hearings and detention reviews at the Immigration Division, and refugee claims and appeals at the Refugee Protection Division and Refugee Appeal Division. His practice has since branched out into civil litigation in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court, where he has sought civil remedies for clients who have been wrongfully arrested and detained. Outside of work, Daniel is a diehard baseball and hockey fan, loves travelling the world with his spouse, and is working hard on his Korean language skills.

Durriya Bharmal is a senior immigration consultant at MSK LLP. She discovered her passion for Canadian immigration law in Kenya, where she worked with a Canadian immigration law firm, assisting hundreds of individuals realise their dreams to obtain Canadian visas. Over her years in this field, she can easily say her favourite moments are when she helps reunite loved ones. Having worked in the immigration field for over 25 years, 17 of which have been at MSK LLP, Durriya has a wealth of experience in a variety of areas of immigration law and in-depth knowledge of the processes involved for every type of application. She has also conducted training for new immigration consultants at York College of Information Technology, Seneca College, Humber College, and Ryerson University. She has spoken at seminars and workshops in the Greater Toronto Area on immigration processes and procedures, she has trained and mentored many Immigration Consultants over the years, and she has worked with Canadian not-for-profits in countries hit with natural disasters. Durriya's clients recognise the precision with which she handles their files and her attention to detail. She provides correct, invaluable, timely advice, and practical solutions to her clients. Lubna Hussain is a certified member of The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and is a Commissioner of Oath. She is an experienced Immigration Consultant on staff and is fluent in Arabic and English. In July 2017, Lubna joined Mamann Sandaluk and Kingwell LLP. ("MSK"), a respected immigration law firm in Toronto. Lubna is a very compassionate person who is sensitive to our client needs and delivers nothing but quality service when serving MSK clients. Rylee Raeburn-Gibson is a lawyer practicing in all areas of Canadian immigration law, with a focus on complex written applications and litigation. Rylee completed undergraduate studies in English Literature, Political Science, and Environmental Studies at the University of Toronto. In 2018, Rylee attained a J.D. from the University of Toronto, where he focused on immigration law and intellectual property law. Rylee discovered his passion for immigration work as a Caseworker with Downtown Legal Services in Toronto, Ontario ("DLS"). While at DLS, Rylee assisted low-income, disadvantaged clients with a range of immigration matters including Humanitarian and Compassionate applications and a variety of complex litigation before the Federal Court of Canada. Rylee joined MSK LLP as an articling student in 2018, and returned as an associate lawyer following his call to the Ontario bar in 2019. Tara Lee is an Internationally Trained Lawyer who immigrated from Russia. Based on a personal experience Tara's interest in immigration field was to guide and help new generations of immigrants from Russian community in GTA and Hamilton areas to settle successfully in Canada.
