Laura Zink

Laura Zink joined our office in 2004. She is our family law, criminal law, litigation and personal injury legal assistant. Laura graduated in 1985 with a BS in Business from Western Oregon State University. She worked as the legal assistant to Thomas Martin, Jr. as his personal injury legal assistant before he retired at the end of 2020/ She is now the domestic relations legal assistant for Thomas J. Elliott and also assists with his criminal and litigation practice. Laura loves spending time with her husband and two adult daughters watching college football and going to Broadway musicals. She also enjoys reading and working in the garden.

Susan E. Snell

Susan Snell was born and raised in Oregon. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Portland State University in 1982, and earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in 1985. She was admitted to the Oregon State Bar and United States District Court for the District of Oregon in 1985 and to the Washington State Bar in 2021. Susan has practiced law in Tualatin, Oregon since 1988. Susan is primarily a transactional attorney. She represents clients in estate planning, probate, guardianships and conservatorships, business practice, real estate and adoptions. Thomas J. Elliott

Thomas Elliott is a native Oregonian. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Portland State University in 1981. In 1984 he earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. He was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1984. He has practiced law in Tualatin, Oregon since 1984. He served as President of the Washington County Bar Association from 1994-1995. Thomas represents and counsels people with people problems. He mostly represents clients in litigation. His litigation area includes family law, criminal law, real estate, collections and business litigation.
