Our dream is therefore to improve science by training scientists to become great inspiring leaders. We are interested in the scientist, the person behind the science. We help scientists to move forward by learning how to inspire and motivate others, how to stay true to themselves, how to stay passionate, while doing things differently... One of the cornerstones of leadership is knowing yourself and your behavioural patterns. Developing yourself goes hand in hand with developing new skills. Both are necessary to be a successful leader. We are specialized in training and coaching in (personal) leadership and communication specifically designed for scientists... We train and coach in Dutch, English and French. We have an inspiring training location at our office in Bloemendaal (Villa Hartenlust, close to Bloemendaal railway station and free parking). We also provide training in house or at a location of your choice.
