Andre, a Certified Public Accountant, joined the Company in 2002. He holds a master's degree in accounting from Florida International University. Before joining the Company, he held various positions with Mars, Inc., PepsiCo, and Ernst & Young, LLP. His responsibilities include corporate finance, cash management, financial reporting, tax compliance, risk management, human resources, and information systems.
Andre has been involved with FIU since 2004 as a founding member of FIU's Alumni Circle and as a member of the Master of Science in Finance Advisory Council and the College of Business Dean's Council. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors for the FIU Foundation and serves as Treasurer, which includes serving as chair of the Finance Committee.
In Miami Lakes, Andre is a member of the Town of Miami Lakes' Investment Committee and serves on the Audit Services Evaluation Committee.

Mr. Healy joined the company in 2003, having previously worked at Turnberry Isle Resort for ten years. At Graham, Mr. Healy took on the job of Controller but, more recently functioned as head of the Rooms Division, Information Technology and Purchasing, before assuming over-all responsibility for the Company's Hospitality Operations in 2010. Mr. Healy holds a BA from Nova Southeastern University and an MBA from Florida International University.

Ms. Martinez joined the company in 1981 after receiving her MBA from the University of Miami. Ms. Martinez previously served as President of Graham Residential and today is responsible for the daily operation of the Company's residential rental properties.

Jerry Toms takes over operations of Graham's Dairy milk plant. Jerry became Vice President of The Graham Company (F.K.A. Graham's Dairy Inc.) and then President of Graham Farms with his son, Tommy Toms, as Vice-President. Today it is the third generation of the Toms family working alongside the Grahams that continue to oversee the dairy and other agriculture interests of The Graham Companies. Jerry's son, Tommy, followed in his father's footsteps serving as president of Graham Farms up until his retirement in 2014 with his younger brother, Babb, working alongside him as vice-president. Babb Toms took over the reins as president of Graham Farms upon Tommy's retirement.

Mr. Toms joined the company in August 1981. He holds a BS degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Florida. He is responsible for the daily operations of the dairy and sugarcane farms.

Lester Collin is hired as the land planner for Miami Lakes. As the mastermind behind the winding, tree-lined streets, the creatively shaped lakes, and parks, he helped make Miami Lakes an award-winning community as well as a great place to live, work, and play.

Mr. Martinez joined the Company in October 1999. Prior to joining Graham, he was president and owner of Student Supply Inc. and was an officer at two area banks. Mr. Martinez holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Miami. He is responsible for the overall direction and development of the Company's residential rental properties.

Mr. Wyllie worked in the land development business for fourteen years before joining Graham in 1990. A graduate of the University of Florida Business School, and with a master's degree in business administration from Nova University, Mr. Wyllie has operating responsibility for the Company, with particular emphasis on development and land transactions.
