Angela Wages, also known as Angie, received her real estate license in 1989 and joined the Midwestern Realty Group team in 2009.
Angie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the Branch County Association of Realtors, where she was awarded Realtor of the Year.

Debbie Lounds-Bowers is the broker-owner of Midwestern Realty Group. She received her real estate license in 1986 and her broker license in 1993.
In 2000, Debbie bought Midwestern Realty Group and began building an amazing team of real estate agents dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate the complications of real estate purchase or sale.
Debbie was raised on Bartholomew Lake, part of the Coldwater-Marble chain of lakes, where she still resides with her husband Jim Bowers. She has two step-children and two grandchildren.
Debbie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the Branch County Association of Realtors, where she has served several terms as President. She also serves on the Michigan Realtors' Fair Housing Committee.
In addition to her active membership in realtor associations, Debbie is also a member of the Quincy Chamber of Commerce where she served as co-chair from 2017-2020, the Coldwater Chamber of Commerce, the Quincy American Legion Auxiliary where she serves as a chaplain, the Branch County Planning Commission where she is a chairman, the Branch County Brownfield Development Authority, and the East Ovid United Brethren Church.
Debbie has been awarded the prestigious Realtor of the Year Award in Branch County in 1994, 1997, 2000, 2006, and 2020. In 2018, she was named Branch County Citizen of the Year by the Coldwater-Branch County Chamber of Commerce.
For more than 12 years, Debbie has previously served as Secretary of the Algansee Planning Commission. She has also been very active in local political campaigns for local judges and state representatives.

Jill joined the Midwestern Realty Group team in 2011, where she truly enjoys helping people find their dream homes. Sellers love Jill's enthusiasm when she's working for them.
Jill graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree. She then met and married her husband Chris and together raised two children, Shelby and Tanner.
Jill is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the Branch County Association of Realtors, where she serves on the Board of Directors. Jill is also a member of various committees.
One of Jill's biggest passions is helping others by giving back, so she participates in many fundraisers throughout our community to help those who need it the most.
Jill and her husband reside on Long Lake in Coldwater, part of the Coldwater-Marble Lake Chain. She loves spending time with family and enjoys lake life.
Jill puts her clients first and works around their schedule and needs to find them that perfect home.

Michelle joined the Midwestern Realty Group team in 2019. She specializes in residential sales including lake sales and farm sales, as well as foreclosure properties.
Michelle is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the Branch County Association of Realtors. She knows that a home is where your story begins and helping people begin that story is her focus.

Steve joined the Midwestern Realty Group team in 2015, bringing with him his auctioneering service skills. He attended auctioneering school in 2004 and has been very active with many auctions throughout the area ever since.
Tami joined the Midwestern Realty Group Team in 2017. She specializes in residential real estate and enjoys working with lake buyers.
Tami is not afraid of a challenge and rises to the occasion whenever clients run into problems throughout the real estate buying or selling process. Whether it be appraisal problems, inspection problems, or title work problems, Tami is there to help work through them.
Tami owns her home on the Marble-Coldwater chain of lakes where she loves boating and entertaining.
