Dan started with our company in July 2019 and manages all operations from Southeastern Georgia to St. Augustine Beach and over to Lake City. Before joining Metro Rooter, Dan has served the Jacksonville business community as a consultant advising many companies and senior-level executives on the proper way to manage a company to take care of their customers. Dan evangelizes the growth of business responsibly through effectively serving their customers and their community. Dan currently serves on the Board of many charitable organizations in the Jacksonville community and holds a degree from Fordham University in Business Administration and Management.
James joined the management team at Metro Rooter in January 2020 and has worked in the Jacksonville area for over 20 years in the plumbing field. He is a Licensed Plumbing Contractor who has experience in just about every type of job including new construction, small & large scale projects, large-scale sanitary projects, military project management, service and service management, and sports facility management and repair.

Rousseau started as a frontline Lift Station Technician, in August 2017. His experience and leadership skills garnered a promotion to a Lead Tech position, and then Operations Supervisor, where he manages all aspects of Lift station department operations. Responsibilities include leading a team of 5-10 technicians responsible for Lift Station Installs, repairs and overhauls, as well as backflow preventers, septic system repairs, and septic system installations. Prior to working at Wind River Environmental, Rousseau served eight years in the US Navy and 6 years in Wastewater Collection Systems. Rousseau also holds a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in Security Management. Rousseau is an involved and dedicated husband and father, and enjoys volunteering at his church in a variety of capacities.
