Aaron Fisk has been with Microbiologics since 2015. Prior to Microbiologics, Aaron led the Human Resources efforts at Automotive Parts Headquarters, a regional automotive parts wholesale and retail business, for over ten years. Aaron is a licensed attorney in the state of Minnesota. He received an undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from Saint Cloud State University.
Aaron serves as Secretary of the Board of the United Way of Central Minnesota and is an elder at the Living Way Church. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys playing drums, downhill skiing, soccer and spending time with his lovely wife and two wonderful kids.

Brad Goskowicz joined Microbiologics as Chief Marketing Officer in 2009 and became Chief Executive Officer in 2010 as part of a planned transition. Brad has a degree in Medical Technology with a double major in Chemistry and has been an executive in the Medical Device Industry for over 25 years. Some of Brad's achievements include winning the Cornerstone Award and Granite Equity Partners Executive of the Year, being listed as one of the 100 People to Know in 2017 by Twin Cities Business, and being named as a finalist in the 2016 EOY Entrepreneur of the Year and 2013 Marquette College of Health Sciences Alumnus of the Year. Brad was also inducted into the U.S. Speed Skating Hall of Fame as a Contributor to the Sport.
In addition to his duties as Microbiologics CEO, Brad is actively involved with the Greater Saint Cloud Development Corporation, the Saint Cloud Downtown Council, Central Minnesota Big Brothers & Big Sisters, the American Association of Lab Accreditation, and sits on the AOAC International Board of Directors.

Brian Beck is the Vice President of Research and Development for Microbiologics and has led the organization's molecular products and services division since 2013. Brian leads technology assessment activities focused on quantitation, inactivation, and preservation of microorganisms for novel, ready-to-use formats. He works closely with Microbiologics molecular diagnostic development partners to customize controls used in development, regulatory assessment and verification and validation activities. Before joining Microbiologics, Brian managed the Microbiology Collections at ATCC where he led efforts to acquire and authenticate Type cultures and emerging pathogens for the research community. Brian earned his Ph.D. in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed research appointments at the University of Minnesota and the University of Michigan.
In his free time, Brian enjoys all the outdoor activities Minnesota has to offer.

Donna Scholer is the Chief Operating Officer at Microbiologics and has been with the company since 1982. Donna leads the production, quality control, packaging, shipping and technical support teams and ensures effective, efficient operational excellence in both process improvement and product quality. Before becoming COO, Donna learned the ins and outs of the company by working in several departments from packaging to research and development. She holds several APICS Certifications and has continued learning through attending manager, executive and leadership forums.
In her free time, Donna enjoys traveling, reading, gardening and animals of all types. She is a United Way volunteer and is passionate about animal welfare and human rights.

Greg Swanson is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, joining the company in 2021. Prior to Microbiologics, Greg was the Chief Marketing Officer for Ambu A/S residing in Copenhagen, Denmark. He has over 25 years of sales and marketing leadership in the medical device industry with experience from Boston Scientific and Cantel Medical (Steris). Greg received a Masters of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
In his free time, Greg enjoys distance running, outdoor adventures, international soccer, and spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and two adult children.

Mike Prasch joined Microbiologics in 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer, and brings over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and leadership. Prior to joining Microbiologics, he served as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for Pace Analytical Services, a leader in environmental and life science testing services. Joining Pace Analytical in 1999, Mike was responsible for long-term strategic planning, as well as all financial management for the company. In addition, he had oversight of both the Information Technology and Human Resources teams. During his tenure at Pace, Mike was involved in over 50 acquisitions and brings strong M&A, due diligence, and integration experience to Microbiologics.
Mike received a B.S. in accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Finance from Minnesota State University. Mike enjoys all the outdoor activities Minnesota has to offer including hunting, fishing and spending time at the lake. Mike also enjoys travelling to new places in his free time.

Naomi Bowling has served as the General Manager of Gibson Bioscience (a subsidiary of Microbiologics) since 2009. She leads the Gibson Bioscience research and development team and operations team. Prior to Gibson Bioscience, Naomi served as the Director of Animal Safety Manufacturing at Neogen Corporation. She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and Berea College holding a BA in Biology and a MS in P&R Administration.
Naomi has an avid appreciation for all genres of music and plays mandolin, guitar and cello. She also has a passion for animals and supports various animal welfare charities.
