Albert Chan

Languages: Since joining Meriton in 2008, Albert Chan has proved to be a ‘true operator', playing an integral role in the overall success of the business. In March 2020, Albert took on the position of Assistant Managing Director of the Meriton Group and not long after was appointed to the Board of Directors. Starting his career leading teams in the rooms department of a hotel, Albert quickly established himself as a hands-on executive and inspiring leader. He comes with over 19 years of experience, having excelled in many senior positions at Meriton. Today, Albert looks after Meriton's direct investments and acquisitions of development sites for mixed use assets across the residential, build to rent, hotel, retail, and office sector. He is also responsible for the overall strategic planning and operational leadership of the group and continues to lead with passion and integrity.

Bradley Goodman - CFO

Languages: Brad Goodman holds the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Meriton Group and was appointed to the Board of Directors in July 2023. As a registered chartered accountant and highly skilled finance professional, Brad has worked for over 20 years in financial leadership positions across various organisations. Since joining Meriton in 2019, he has offered extensive financial and management experience across multiple classes of real estate, business and other assets. Today, Brad is responsible for finance function, including planning and analysis, taxation, treasury, investments and technology for all of Meriton's business units. Brad is also responsible for overseeing regulatory reporting, compliance, governance, insurance and licensing requirements.

James Sialepis

Languages: James Sialepis has come a long way since joining the Meriton sales staff 25 years ago. Today he is the national director of sales at Meriton and a director of Meriton Group. He oversees strategic sales management of off-the-plan and existing apartment projects totalling more than $1 billion a year. When James joined Meriton in 1996 he was a nervous university graduate armed with a degree in land economics. He has progressed to become a key player in Meriton's success and has been integral to the group‘s transformation from a business that focused on selling apartments to investors who wanted to take advantage of negative gearing. Today James and his team are offering buyers lifestyles - apartments that target families and people down-sizing and come with resort-like facilities such as pools, spas, saunas, landscaped gardens, childcare centres and even dining and café options. That ‘recipe' delivers nearly 2000 sales a year.

Matthew Thomas

Languages: Matthew Thomas is the Group General Manager of Meriton Suites, Australia's fastest growing luxury accommodation brand. Matthew has been a senior executive at Meriton Suites (formally Meriton Serviced Apartments) since 2004, joining the organisation as Group Revenue Manager before assuming the role of General Manager in 2006. He is passionate about the hospitality and tourism industry and has worked in the sector for more than 25 years, holding key leadership roles in groups as diverse as Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, Princess Cruises and Accor. At Meriton Suites, Matthew oversees the strategic expansion of the chain, with a further four hotels underway, and leads a workforce of more than 500 hotel professionals. Together with Meriton Group Managing Director Harry Triguboff A.O., he works closely with industry groups and government to constantly improve the overall visitor experience. Under Matthew's expertise, Meriton Suites has grown from its early days as a pioneer of the serviced apartment concept to an award-winning hotel market leader with 6,204 suites in 23 locations by the end of 2023, across New South Wales, Queensland and our first hotel in Canberra (ACT) and Melbourne (VIC). Matthew became a company director of Meriton Group in 2015.

Mr. Harry Triguboff - CEO, Founder, Managing Director

As founder and managing director of Meriton Group, Harry Triguboff has overseen the construction of over 77,000 residential dwellings, and has won numerous awards for his contributions to the Australian property industry. Harry Triguboff was born in Dalian, China on 3 March 1933. He spent his early childhood in the Russian community of Tientsin (now Tianjin) South of Beijing. He first came to Australia in 1948 and was educated at Scots College in Sydney, before attending Leeds University in England. He graduated with a degree in textile engineering and began his working life in textile businesses in Israel and South Africa, returning to Australia in 1960. Harry Triguboff became an Australian citizen in 1961. He owned a taxi fleet and a milk run before building his first block of apartments and establishing Meriton at 30 years of age in 1963. Since then, he has become Australia's most successful residential property developer and a generous philanthropist, providing millions of dollars each year in financial support to many causes.
