Daniel Renton

Daniel has worked as a party chief and project surveyor on a variety of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest for 20 years. He is an experienced and qualified Professional Land Surveyor. He has extensive experience in performing and supervising surveys in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. He is responsible for supervising global positioning system surveys, horizontal and vertical control surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys for schools, boundary surveys for schools, construction surveys for schools, lot-line adjustment surveys, and quantity calculations. He is an expert in GPS Survey methods, using Real Time Kinematic (RTK), and post processed static GPS to establish geodetic control for state plane coordinate systems. He is experienced in using AutoCAD 2010, AutoCAD Land Desktop 2009, Civil 3D, MicroStation V8 and Inroads V8 for digital terrain modeling and survey calculations.

David Denny

David has worked as a party chief and project surveyor on a variety of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest for 31 years. He is an experienced and qualified Professional Land Surveyor. He is proficient at calculations for the location and relocations of boundaries per the B.L.M. Manual of Survey Instructions. His expertise includes: horizontal and vertical control surveys subdivision surveys lot-line adjustment surveys topographic surveys for schools construction surveys ALTA surveys locating and setting aerial photo pre-marks data collection surveys for engineering design AutoCAD 2010, AutoCAD Land Desktop 2009 and AutoCAD Civil 3d 2010 for the use of survey and construction calculations tracing and computing riparian boundaries all aspects of data research preparation of legal descriptions calculations for boundary and construction surveys He is responsible for survey data research, preparation of plats and for preparation of legal descriptions. He is also responsible for scheduling field crews and insuring the quality of the work performed.

Edmund Denny

His skills include: horizontal and vertical control surveys site and topographic surveys for engineering design boundary surveys ALTA surveys subdivision surveys construction surveys AutoCAD 2010, AutoCAD Land Desktop 2009 and AutoCAD Civil 3d 2010 for the use of survey and construction calculations tracing and computing riparian boundaries all aspects of data research preparation of legal descriptions calculations for boundary and construction surveys Ed has been in charge of several large-scale construction projects, such as Light Rail projects (Portland Oregon, Sacramento California and Long Beach to Los Angeles California.) Edmund prides himself on implementing procedures and checks along with communication to minimize professional liability.

He is responsible for supervising horizontal and vertical control surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys for schools, boundary surveys for schools, construction surveys for schools, lot-line adjustment surveys, and quantity calculations.
