Also served as a member of the CEF (Chief Executive Forum) at Lonmin.

Positions ranged from Base Metal Refinery Superintendent, General Manager - Smelter and BMR to Consulting Metallurgist. Pervious experience as Concentrator and Smelter Superintendents at operations in Namibia and Zimbabwe. Includes 13 years in the metallurgical consulting industry.

Additionally, provided consulting services for concentrator projects, conducted due diligence studies, and acted as a client representative on research projects for various minerals, including Platinum, Gold, Copper, Nickel, and more.
