Dr. Jackson serves as Medical and Clinical Director. He has been with Millcreek since 2005 and is board eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He has over 20 years of experience in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Mr. Hall joined the Millcreek staff in June of 2014 and serves as our Superintendent of Schools. Prior to his joining the Millcreek team, Mr. Hall served as the Director of Education at Parkwood Behavioral Health in Olive Branch, MS for three years.
Before entering into the private sector, Mr. Hall spent more than twenty-five years in Public Education in Mississippi serving as a teacher, coach, and administrator. He holds a BS in Secondary Education from Mississippi State University and a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Mississippi.
Mr. Hall is a native of Booneville, Ms., but now resides in New Albany, MS with his two children, son Easton and daughter Elleigh.
Millcreek of Pontotoc is a specialized treatment center for adolescents, teens and young adults struggling with depression, behavioral issues and co-occurring disorders.

Cassidy Roberts Patton returned to Millcreek of Pontotoc in May 2020 as clinical director. She has a master's degree in social work from the University of Tennessee and more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field. Proverbs 20:5 talks about purpose, and Cassidy feels that her purpose is to help others.
In an interview about being a social worker, she said, "It's hard to imagine that I have been a social worker [for] over 20 years. I have worked in multiple job settings, and over the years have seen many changes in the field of social work - and in myself. Through it all, I still enjoy and love social work; this is my calling. I learn new things about myself and about the world every single day, and I get the opportunity to watch people grow and learn, and, little by little, put their lives back together. In the end, what could be better than that?"

Ed Hood has been with Millcreek of Pontotoc for more than eight years, joining our team in November 2011. He earned a master's degree in health services administration from Mississippi College, and before coming to our facility, he obtained more than 27 years of experience working in the state mental health hospital systems in Mississippi and Arkansas. Ed and his wife Cortney live in Tupelo, Mississippi, with their five wonderful children, one dog, and two cats.

Jimma Smith joined Millcreek of Pontotoc in 2016 as business development director, bringing 21 years of marketing, public relations, and business development exper ience to our team. Jimma is a graduate of Mississippi State University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in educational psychology. She lives in Pontotoc with her husband Brent, and they have six children and one dog named Roscoe.

Kim Brasher, RN, joined Millcreek of Pontotoc in 2001 as RN superviso r before becoming director of nursing in 2005. She served in that position for nine years before moving to her risk manager role in 2014.
Kim graduated from Itawamba Community College with an associate degree in nursing in 2000. She lives in Pontotoc with her husband, Terry, and has four children, four grandchildren, and a dog, Bruiser.

Kimberly Painter, RN, M.S.N., joined Millcreek of Pontotoc in 2018, bringing 15 years of nursing experience to our facility. Before joining our team, Kimberly worked in a variety of nursing roles, including me dical/surg ery, the intensive care unit, special procedures, and geriatric psych iatry. In 2017, she earned a Master of Science in nursing from Walden University. She lives in Saltillo, Mississippi, with her husband, some of her children, her beloved grandkids, three dogs, and many cats.

Mike Sowers joined the Millcreek of Pontotoc team in June 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. Mike brings over 30 years experience in accounting and finance to Millcreek. He holds a bachelors and masters degrees in accounting from James Madison University in Virginia.
Mike resides in Tupelo, MS with his wife, Janna and is children, Hayden, Graham and Natalie.

Rhonda Taylor rejoined the team in 2022 and has a master's degree from the University of Mississippi with more than 20+ years of human resource experience in various industries from distribution, manufacturing, education, healthcare, and mental health. Rhonda believes strongly in effectively promoting employee empowerment which emphasizes the importance of giving employees the tools, resources, and support needed to grow to their maximum potential. She currently resides in Pontotoc County and enjoys spending time with her family.
