Aaron Arnold is a Managing Director in MidCap Financial's Portfolio Management group, which manages the secured lending portfolio of asset based, franchise finance, lender finance, and real estate loans.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2014, Mr. Arnold was Chief Financial Officer and In-House Counsel at Global Medical, LLC, a specialty provider of medical equipment for acute care, skilled nursing, and hospice. Prior to Global Medical, Mr. Arnold was Chief Operating Officer of Churchill Investment Corporation, a technology focused hedge fund. Mr. Arnold holds a JD from American University and a BSBA in finance from American University.
Bianca Barredo is Managing Director - Head of Enterprise Asset Based Lending and leads a team that specializes in financing solutions for acquisitions and restructurings that require additional capital outside the asset base.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Ms. Barredo was Senior Vice President at GE Capital, Corporate Finance Group, where she was responsible for originating cash flow, ABL, and unitranche transactions. Additionally, Ms. Barredo spent eight years at Comercia Bank in both credit and portfolio, beginning in their Credit Training Program, and most recently as Vice President/Team Leader focusing on underwriting lower middle market buyouts. Ms. Barredo holds an MBA in entrepreneurial studies from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in corporate finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
Bill Rubenstein performs sourcing for MidCap Financial's Asset Based Lending group. Mr. Rubenstein has over 25 years of experience sourcing and underwriting debt financings for healthcare companies.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Rubenstein was a Director for Merrill Lynch Capital's healthcare unit. Mr. Rubenstein has also held originations positions at DVI Business Credit Corp. and Bank of America's Healthcare Capital Division. Mr. Rubenstein holds a BS in commerce from DePaul University.

Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Kastner held originations, underwriting, and portfolio management positions at Amalgamated Capital and CIT Group, where he participated in CIT's full-time Credit Training Program. Mr. Kastner earned a BS in management from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.

Chelsea Hollenkamp is a Director of MidCap Financial's General Industries Asset Based Lending group, focusing on sourcing and underwriting financing solutions with investment banks, restructuring advisors, and debt investors for public and private companies.
Danny Kim is a finance professional with over 10 years of experience in the Asset Based Lending industry. Mr. Kim has led and reviewed Due Diligence field examinations at MidCap Financial.
Mr. Kim currently oversees various daily departmental functions, including staffing and logistics, with internal and external constituents. Mr. Kim also liaises with other functional MidCap Financial departments, including Operations and IT. Mr. Kim holds a BA in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Garrett Fletcher has over two decades of experience sourcing and underwriting asset based and structured debt financings for middle market companies.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Fletcher led asset based underwriting for Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance. Mr. Fletcher has also worked in various underwriting capacities for GE Capital, Heller Financial, and Healthcare Financial Partners. Mr. Fletcher holds a BA in biology from the University of Virginia.
John Kalmar manages loans in our Asset Based Lending portfolio. In that capacity, Mr. Kalmar works with clients to provide working capital, growth, and acquisition solutions through revolvers and term loans. Mr. Kalmar works with clients across a broad range of industries.
Mr. Kalmar joined MidCap Financial in 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Kalmar worked at Healthcare Finance Group in New York City for 12 years in both portfolio management and underwriting of asset based and leverage loans. Mr. Kalmar holds an MBA from the University of Florida.
Julio Santos is a Vice President and Senior Field Examiner for MidCap Financial's Due Diligence team, specializing in healthcare asset based loans and general asset based loans.
With a career that spans more than a decade in the Asset Based Lending industry, Mr. Santos performed Due Diligence work for an extensive list of commercial lenders; among them are Bank of America, Fifth Third Bank, Comerica Bank, First Capital Corporation, and People's United Bank. Mr. Santos holds a BS in economics from Florida State University.
Kelly Simmers is a Managing Director at MidCap Financial, and currently serves as the head of the Life Sciences and Technology and the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Portfolio Management groups.
Ms. Simmers has over 20 years of experience in finance and, prior to joining MidCap Financial, was a Principal at Gladstone Capital. Ms. Simmers began her career as an Associate in the investment banking division of Wells Fargo. Ms. Simmers holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and a BBA from The College of William and Mary.

Kit Tamkin is Director, Entertainment Finance, at MidCap Financial. Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Tamkin was a Vice President in Comerica Bank's Entertainment Finance Group.
At Comerica and MidCap Financial, Mr. Tamkin has sourced and underwritten financing and structured credit facilities for independent production companies, major international media conglomerates, live-event organizations, and firms operating in a myriad of entertainment subsectors. Mr. Tamkin holds BAs in History and communications from the University of Southern California and a Master's degree in economics from Cambridge University. Mr. Tamkin is a member of the California Leadership Council of The Nature Conservancy, Chatham House (Royal Institute of International Affairs), and Cambridge in America.
Maria Quintanilla is a Director in MidCap's Asset Based Lending Group, where she is responsible for underwriting senior financing for middle market companies.
Prior to joining MidCap, Ms. Quintanilla was an ABL underwriter at Wells Fargo Commercial Capital and managed portfolios in both Well Fargo Commercial Capital and the Commercial Bank. Ms. Quintanilla holds a BA in Government from Cornell University.
