Adam joined AppDirect with more than 20 years of experience leading marketing and communications at some of the world's foremost technology companies.
Adam previously led global marketing and communications at Ingram Micro Cloud, launching the CloudBlue brand and building a global channel marketing function. Before Ingram, Adam led Integrated Marketing Communications at PayPal where he oversaw programs to split from eBay and IPO as an independent company. Earlier in his career, Adam held senior communications positions at Juniper Networks and IBM. Adam received his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University.

Daniel is President and Co-CEO of AppDirect, which he founded in 2009 with Nicolas Desmarais. Daniel has helped shaped AppDirect to be the global ecosystem for cloud services by leading with innovative technology & game-changing partnerships.
A sought-after expert in cloud and startup innovation, he was named to the 2015 Forbes 30 Under 30 Enterprise Technology list and has spoken at numerous industry conferences, including Web Summit, Collision, CeBIT, and more. Prior to AppDirect, Daniel worked in finance and investment banking, and has pursued other entrepreneurial projects. He holds degrees from McGill and Harvard universities.

Heidi joined AppSmart with over 13 years of experience in the technology industry. As Senior Director of Business Transformation, Heidi is responsible for creating sustainable processes and tools and partnering with business leaders across the company to achieve growth.
Heidi previously was the President of Global Communications Group, where she created the frameworks for achieving operational excellence, scalability for growth, and innovation for platform technology sourcing. Heidi received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point.
Herb brings more than 25 years of expertise and proven leadership of cloud, data center transformation, and security strategy and implementation. In his role as VP of Cloud at AppSmart, Herb has global responsibility for the Cloud and SaaS technology portfolio.
Herb's entrepreneurial approach and his many previous technical and business positions-including CIO, technical architect, general manager, and engineer-provided an exceptional background for his current role. As an executive-level technology leader, Herb has forged a strong vision of implementation and execution of cloud strategies, cyber security, data center technologies, systems, processes, and cloud cost optimization. He also built and managed several global cloud and professional services businesses.
As Advisor Ambassador, Karin helps build innovative programs for Technology Advisors to drive long-term business value. Karin has a reputation for forging strong relationships, overcoming strategic challenges and developing programs that ensure Technology Advisors' success.
Prior to joining AppSmart, Karin spent her entire career building the foundation, culture, processes and technology that would make MicroCorp a leader in its space. As the industry's only female CEO, she more than tripled MicroCorp's revenues and valuation in seven years. She is a founding member of the Alliance of Channel Women, the first woman Chairperson for The Alliance and on the advisory board for numerous providers.

Matt Harty joined AppSmart with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. As Vice President of Branchise & GM Communications Services, Harty supervises provider management and the Branchise Program.
Matt is the former President and CEO of Converged Network Service Group and has also held executive leadership roles within XO Communication's Commercial Division, as well as MCI and Frontier Communications. Matt graduated magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science, from Villanova University in 1991, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Nicolas founded AppDirect in 2009 with Daniel Saks, and serves as AppDirect's Chairman and Co-CEO. Nicolas is focused on the evolution of AppDirect's product, investor relations, and overseeing the implementation of new marketplaces.
Before co-founding AppDirect, Nicolas worked at Bain & Company as a management consultant focused on media and business services. Nicolas holds a bachelor's degree with a double major in economics and political science from Amherst College. In his spare time, Nicolas enjoys outdoor activities and traveling to new countries.

Phil Keenan has a proven track record in sales, marketing, and general management within the telecom and cloud industries. He brings his deep experience of building innovative channels to market and directing strategy to deliver high-value partnerships and solutions.
As Vice President and General Manager, Phil leads AppSmart's Communications Business Unit that includes advisor quoting and ordering support, commission administration, and vendor management and development. He is also a key player in implementing AppSmart Office, a single robust platform for commissions, orders, and quotes that provides advisors with a 360-degree view of their business.
Randy joined AppSmart with more than 20 years of experience scaling channel partner programs for the technology sector. Randy is responsible for expanding the Managing Partner Program to drive long term growth and success for partners.
Prior to AppSmart, Randy was the EVP of Sales & Marketing at Converged Network Services Group (CNSG), where he drove programs to accelerate sales and partner success. Before CNSG, Randy was the VP of Sales at Green Cloud Technologies, where he was responsible for building the sales organization and leading the transition from a start up to a significant player in the cloud space. Early in his career, Randy was a National Channel Manager with Windstream (formerly Nuvox). Randy is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
Renée joined AppDirect with over 25 years of management experience in the technology industry. As General Manager of the Agent Services division, she is responsible for sales, marketing, service delivery, and business development.
Renée is a seasoned leader who most recently spent 10 years at the helm of the global cloud go-to-market organization at Ingram Micro. She previously oversaw the development of innovative solutions across managed security and cloud computing for Fujitsu America, led IT divisions at media and banking companies, was a CIO at a financial institution, and was a director at an international technology consulting firm. She holds a Bachelor's in computer science from Sherbrooke University and a Master's degree from McGill University.

Tim Basa is an award-winning thought leader with more than 27 years of experience in the technology industry. As the Vice President of Sales, Basa oversees field sales, inside sales and the accompanying agent operations.
Tim is an active member of the Alliance Partners and serves as the Vice Chairman. He was recognized multiple times as a Channel Executive of The Year by the readers of Channel Partners magazine and has been named a Power Seller by Crain's Detroit Business magazine. He has conducted professional sales, marketing and business development clinics for sales professionals throughout the United States.
