Jonathan Otto started at Miller Leasing in 2000, directly after completing his business studies. In 2007, he joined the management team, responsible for Controlling & Finance. Prior to that, he spent two years working as a student trainee at a financial services provider. Jonathan Otto enjoys sports. Reading and traveling are also important to him. When it works out, he usually brings his dog along, too.

Marion Schäfer is the second generation to lead the business group. She draws her daily drive from the closeness to her team and to the customers: "In doing so, our values - respect, openness and passion - are close to my heart." A graduate in banking and business administration, she began her professional career at an auditing firm as an audit assistant. In 1993, she joined the family business as sales manager. In 2001, she became managing director of both Miller Leasing GmbH and Miller Anlagen GmbH and today represents the companies as management spokeswoman. Marion Schäfer has been a member of the Board of the "Bundesverband Deutscher Leasing-Unternehmen" Marion Schäfer is a passionate golfer.
