Ben Clark - CTO

As the CTO, Ben leads our internal Research and Development efforts and oversees the management and expansion of our Cyber Portfolio. Ben brings over 15 years of experience leading and executing highly technical services with a majority focus on information security. Prior to joining the Millennium Team in 2008, Ben served 6 years as a Department of Defense civilian supporting the National Intelligence Community. Since joining Millennium, Ben has been instrumental in the execution of several hundred cyber security assessments in support of Millennium's customers as well as 1000% increase in the number of qualified Red Team operators on Millennium's staff. Ben is also the author of an Amazon best selling book, the Red Team Field Manual (RTFM) and co-author of the Blue Team Field Manual. Ben's formal education includes a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama.

Cedric Henry - Founder, President

Cedric Henry is the President and Co-Founder of Millennium Corporation. Cedric is a 1984 alumnus of Georgia Southern University, where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Cedric began his post-GSU career by joining the United States Navy, with his first commission as an ENSIGN, based out of Charleston, South Carolina. Cedric then went on to serve the Navy for 20 years, where he developed expertise with various programs throughout the Department of Defense, and eventually earned a final rank of Lieutenant Commander He has held numerous leadership assignments, including Program Manager for Defense Contracts Management Command (Manassas, Virginia) in support of the U.S. Navy's DDG 1000's system design and 11 engineering development models (EDM). He also led the Strategic Contracts Division for the Defense Supply Center (Philadelphia, PA). Along the way, Cedric met his business partner, Kevin Jennings, with whom he co-founded Millennium Corporation in 2004 with the vision of providing unrivaled customer service and support to government clients. It was that dedication to creating a customer-centric environment that has helped Millennium Corporation to continue to grow and succeed.

Chris Rush

As the Senior Vice President of Program Operations at Millennium, Chris Rush provides strategic vision and operational direction of Millennium's portfolio of Engineering Services to clients within the Army, Navy, Air Force, other DoD agencies, and the Department of Homeland Security. Services include systems engineering and cyber support, program and project management support, and information technology support within the Federal market space. He is also responsible for business growth across the portfolio, contributing to Millennium's history of continuous revenue growth every year since the company was founded in 2004. Chris joined Millennium in 2012, upon his retirement from the United States Army. Before being named VP of Operations, Chris served as a Director and Senior Director for Army programs directly responsible for superior performance and revenue growth in the Army market. Chris retired from the Army in 2012 after 25 years of service. He is a certified acquisition professional, DAWIA Level 3 certified in Program Management, and has over fifteen years of experience in program management, DoD acquisition policy, and the Defense Acquisition Board process and has extensive experience coordinating at senior levels of the Services, the Combatant Commands, and the Intelligence Community. Before transitioning into Army Acquisition, he served in operational assignments in various leadership positions in the 75th Ranger Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, and the 25th Infantry Division. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Point, Chris holds a Master of Arts in Procurement and Acquisition Management from Webster University. He is a graduate of the Program Manager's Course at the Defense Systems Management College, the Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, and the Infantry Officer Basic and Advanced Courses at Fort Benning, GA.

David Gust

David Gust is an USA (Ret.) - former Deputy Chief of Staff for Research, Development and Acquisition, U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC), where he was responsible for all research and development efforts within the AMC and its subordinate organizations. General Gust has over twenty-two years of experience as a Certified Acquisition Manager in the Army, with significant executive experience as Project Manager, Program Executive Officer - Communications Systems and Program Executive Officer - Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors. After retiring from the US Army with 34 years of service, MG Gust became the President & CEO of Technical and Management Services (TAMSCO) from 2000-2002. After the sale of TAMSCO to Engineered Support Systems, Inc. (ESSI), he remained with the company for another eighteen months to help with the integration of TAMSCO into the publicly-held company. He joined Bechtel Federal, Inc where he served as the Director, Federal Telecoms. He was President of USfalcon from 2007-2009, where he increased USfalcon's annual revenues from $14M to $94M per year.He currently serves as Founder and CEO of David R. Gust and Associates. His consulting firm, founded in 2009, has been instrumental in helping his clients win substantial contracts within the Army and other government agencies.

Essye B. Miller

Essye B. Miller served as the Principal Deputy Chief Information Officer for the Department of Defense from 2018 until her retirement in 2020. Essye is a recognized leader with over 35 years of Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) experience driving cross-cutting information technology and business transformation initiatives. As the Principal Deputy CIO, Essye was responsible for all matters pertaining to information management, cybersecurity and digital transformation. During this time, she was key to the development of the DoD Digital Modernization and Cloud strategies; establishment of the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center and shifting DoD from compliance-based to risk-managed cybersecurity posture. Prior to this role, Essye was the DoD Chief Information Security Officer, the senior official for all policy and governance matters related to DoD's $8B Cybersecurity program. Essye was named the Acting DoD Chief Information Officer by the Secretary of Defense in 2017, leading the organization through a critical political transition. Essye earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Talladega College, a Master of Business Administration Degree from Troy State University and a Master of Strategic Studies from Air University in Montgomery, Alabama. In May 2021, Talladega College conferred an Honorary Doctorate of Science upon Essye. She has been awarded numerous medals and commendations throughout her career. Essye and her husband, Michael, have one son and live in Lorton, Virginia.

Gen. Ronnie D. Hawkins

Lt. Gen. Ronnie D. Hawkins, Jr. (USAF) Ret., is the former Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Commander, Joint Force Headquarters - Department of Defense Information Networks (DODIN). In his latest role he led a global organization of military and civilian personnel who plan, develop, deliver, and operate joint, interoperable, command and control capabilities and a global enterprise infrastructure in direct support of the President, Secretary of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Combatant Commanders, Department of Defense components, and other mission partners across the full spectrum of operations. General Hawkins received his commission as a distinguished graduate of the ROTC program at Angelo State University in 1977. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Angelo State University; a Master of Science degree in management and human relations from Abilene Christian University; a Master of Science degree in national resource strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University; and a Master of Divinity degree in church ministries from Liberty Theological Seminary. General Hawkins commanded Cadet Squadron 24 at the U.S. Air Force Academy; the Air Combat Command's Computer Systems Squadron and Communications Group; and the Air Force Officer Accession and Training Schools at Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala. He served as the Director of Communications and Information, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces; Director of Communications Operations, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Installations and Logistics, Headquarters U.S. Air Force; and Director, Infrastructure Delivery, Office of Warfighting Integration and Chief Information Officer, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force. General Hawkins served as Deputy Chief of Staff, Communications and Information Systems, Multi-National Force-Iraq, and as Vice Director, Defense Information Systems Agency, Fort Meade, Md., Prior to his DISA assignment, General Hawkins was the Deputy Director, Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems (C4), Joint Staff, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Among his many awards, General Hawkins has been awarded the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star Medal, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, and the Meritorious Service Medal.

Jack L. White

Jack L. White is a Partner at Fluet Huber + Hoang. Mr. White represents, advises, and counsels companies, boards of directors, municipalities, and a variety of individual and corporate clients on a wide array of matters, including corporate structuring, governance, and business transactions, litigation for Indian Tribes, employment matters, civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ordinances, and individual rights under both the federal and state constitutions, including 42 U. S. C. ยง 1983. Having testified before the United States Senate Judiciary Committee, Mr. White has extensive experience representing clients and preparing them for congressional testimony. Mr. White's litigation and appellate expertise spans the range of state and federal venues in several states through the United States Supreme Court. Mr. White also provides clients with broad experience at all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, as well as regulatory inquiries. He has experience in government investigations, discrimination claims, constitutional matters, securities claims, white collar matters, bankruptcies, employment litigation, as well as a number of other civil matters. He has also advised state and local law enforcement, social services, and education chief executives on public school safety issues. Mr. White has served as counsel for plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. White graduated from the U. S. Military Academy at West Point after earning numerous honors, including being named West Point Cadet of the Year. After serving for five years on active duty, he continued his service in the U. S. Army Reserve while attending Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. White graduated Magna Cum Laude and served as editor-inchief of the Pepperdine Law Review. While at Pepperdine, Mr. White won the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's Tournament of Champions and the annual Dalsimer Moot Court Competition. He also served as president of the Christian Legal Society and became a member of the Order of the Coif. Following law school, Mr. White served as a law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit on behalf of the Honorable Samuel A. Alito, Jr. who was then a judge on that court. Shortly after being elevated to the U.S. Supreme Court, Justice Alito invited Mr. White to join him for a second clerkship during the Supreme Court's 2008-2009 term.

Kevin Jennings - CEO, Founder

As CEO and Co-Founder, Kevin is responsible for driving Millennium Corporation's business strategy as an industry leader in Cyber and integrated business and scalable technology solutions. Kevin is also responsible for the strategic vision and the short and long-term profitability and continued growth of the company. Kevin holds a B.S. from Virginia State University, a M.S. from Florida Institute of Technology, and is DAWIA Level III certified in Program Management and a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, making him a proven authority in technical and managerial proficiency. A veteran member of the U.S. Army Acquisition Corps, prior to founding Millennium, Kevin spent more than 22 years acquiring in-depth knowledge of the Army's War-fighting doctrine and then transitioning those skills to the acquisition profession, culminating his career as a Department of Army Product Manager responsible for cost, schedule and performance of a $1.3 Billion Research and Development and Production program. Kevin brings more than 20 years of senior-level experience in program management, strategic planning, system engineering, as well as extensive operational expertise. He has instilled a culture of high-quality and superior customer satisfaction within Millennium Corporation. This has directly led to the rapid growth and being recognized over multiple years by INC 500 as one of the fastest growing private companies in the Nation.

Lilian Joel

As Millennium's Vice President of FP&C, Lilian Joel is responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of Pricing, Financial Planning/Strategy, and Contract Administration. In this role, she collaborates with the CFO and the Executive Management team to strengthen Millennium's strategic Financial Planning & Analysis capabilities and development of competitive Price to Win (PTW) strategy. Lilian manages the development and sustainment of a competitive contract pricing strategy, project financial cost control analysis, contracts administration, resource-planning activities, as well as providing financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions and key company initiatives. Lilian joined Millennium in 2011 and previously served as the Director of Pricing and Project Financial Analytics, responsible for providing leadership in developing award-winning cost and pricing bids and implementing program cost control measures. Lilian also serves as Millennium's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council Chair. Lilian has spent most of her career in the Government Contracting industry and has held management positions at companies of various sizes. She holds an MBA in Finance from Strayer University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, and is a Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA).

Linda Gooden

Linda Gooden is the Retired Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin's Information Systems & Global Solutions (IS&GS) business area and an officer of the Lockheed Martin Corporation, responsible for the leadership of IS&GS's 30,000 experienced professionals who provide integrated information technology solutions, systems and services to support worldwide missions for civil, defense, intelligence and other government customers. Under Linda's direction the IS&GS business area generated over $10 billion of sales in 2012. Linda was President of Lockheed Martin Information Technology (LMIT), a business unit she grew over 10 years to become a multibillion dollar business. Prior to assuming the President of LMIT, she was Vice President of Lockheed Martin's Software Support Services unit from 1994 and earlier held other positions of increasing responsibility. Linda actively supports professional, academic and civic organizations and in 2010 she received an appointed to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC) by President Barack Obama.

Matt Hulse

As Millennium's Chief Information Security Officer, Matt Hulse leads the organization's information technology department to provide a secure and robust information environment for Millennium's employees, customers, and partners. Since joining Millennium, Matt has served in various capacities in support of secure operations, as Director of Cybersecurity and Solutions, Chief Solutions Architect, Senior Manager of Cyber Operations, and Senior Red Team operator. Prior to joining Millennium, Matt was a security consultant for Verizon Enterprise Solutions, supporting Fortune 500 customers in VES's Threat and Vulnerability Practice. Matt also served as a technical lead and tool developer for the US Air Force Red Team, and network administrator for the 184th Communications Flight. Matt is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and Offensive Certified Security Expert. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Southwestern.

Ryan D. McCarthy - President

Ryan D. McCarthy was nominated by the President and unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate twice within his federal career. He was confirmed by the U.S. Senate, Sept. 26, 2019, and sworn in as the former 24th secretary of the U.S. Army, September 30, 2019, serving until January 2021. He was also confirmed by the U.S. Senate as the 33rd Under Secretary of the Army, August 1, 2017. Prior to his confirmation as the Under Secretary of the Army, he worked for Lockheed Martin Corporation in sequential Vice President roles responsible for the sustainment, customer solutions and program integration of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program and the company's global security policy. Ryan previously served as the Special Assistant to the 22nd Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, under Presidents Bush and Obama, where he advised as the Secretary's Representative to the White House, Congress, National Security Agencies and other Foreign Governments. He also served as the Special Assistant to the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition Technology and Logistics and was responsible for policy development and coordination with the joint staff and uniformed services acquisition leaders on procurement and supply chain management policies. Prior to his Pentagon service, he served on the Staff of the Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. He has also served in various roles in commercial banking. Ryan Hill - CFO

He is a trusted advisor working alongside Millennium's Executive Management to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. Ryan's team is responsible for the day-to-day accounting, contracts, treasury, and pricing functions, as well as providing financial planning and analysis to support strategic decisions and key business initiatives. Ryan has spent his entire career in the Government Contracting industry and has held senior level positions at both public and private firms of various sizes. He holds a MBA from the University of Maryland, University College; a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Marshall University; and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Scott Quagliata

As the Vice President of Service Operations at Millennium, Scott Quagliata provides strategic direction and operational management and execution of the company's service book of business, including overall operational performance and customer satisfaction; revenue generation and growth; business process quality, development and improvement; and providing leadership and senior mentorship and development to operational and functional managers. Scott's portfolio includes several customers across the DoD, including the Army, Navy and Air Force, and select Defense agencies. Scott joined Millennium in 2018 after nine years in industry leadership positions primarily supporting Army and USMC Acquisition organizations. Before his role as VP of Service Operations, Scott served as Millennium's Director of Operations and Senior Manager for Army programs, where he was directly responsible for superior performance and revenue growth of those organizations. Scott retired from the Army in 2009 after 20 years of service. He served in operational assignments in various leadership positions in the 2nd and 3rd Infantry Divisions and III Corps Artillery. In addition to a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University, Scott holds a M.A. in Information Technology Management from Webster University. Sean Piper

As the Vice President of Cyber Operations, Sean Piper provides strategic vision and operational direction of Millennium's growing portfolio of cyber-focused services supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, other DoD agencies, and the Department of Justice. Services included in the portfolio are offensive and defensive cyber operations support, software development, cyber intelligence, and information technology support within the Federal market space. He is also responsible for business growth and capability expansion across the Cyber Operations portfolio. Prior to joining Millennium, Sean served 8 years in the United States Air Force working in various electronics and intelligence fields. Sean then joined the Air Force Red Team as a network operator before moving to the Army Threat Systems Management Office where he served as the Chief of Intelligence, Plans, and Programs and Chief of Mission Support. Sean joined the Millennium team in 2021 as the Director of Cyber Operations. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from American Military University.

Thomas Cole

Thomas Cole is an USA (Ret.) former Program Executive Officer for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (IEW&S), responsible for the overall direction and program performance for intelligence, electronic and cyber warfare, and sensor targeting capabilities. While performing these responsibilities Thomas oversaw seven direct reporting Project Managers and managed 93 separate programs. General Cole successfully completed over 30 years of active Army service with 22 years in defense acquisition. He possesses a broad range of experience and depth of knowledge in how to execute the defense acquisition process. He is the former Deputy Program Manager, Networks for Future Combat System from 2005-2007, Deputy to the USSOCOM Acquisition Executive from 2004-2005 and Project Manager Warfighter Information-Tactical from 2001-2004.BG Cole currently serves as CEO and founder of Thomas Cole and Associates. His consulting firm, founded in 2011, provides independent, senior level business strategy development and programmatic advice to defense focused corporations.

Tom Fradette

Tom Fradette is Executive VP, CFO and Treasurer for DCS Corporation, a $400+ million technology company and recipient of the 2019 Greater Washington Government Contractor of the Year award. In addition to traditional CFO functions, he chairs DCS's Acquisition Committee and oversees contracts, regulatory compliance, pricing, procurement, facilities and office management. He also sits on DCS's Board of Directors as well as the Board of Directors for the DCS-Millennium, LLC joint venture. Since joining DCS, Tom has played an instrumental role in various corporate development initiatives including: acquisitions of two companies and two contracts; formation of two joint ventures; one minority interest investment; and one divestiture. He has also led three rounds of senior debt financing. Tom was a finalist for Dealmaker of the Year, Private Company, at the ACG National Capital 2013 Corporate Growth Awards, and nominated for the Private Company CFO of the Year, NVTC 2013 Greater Washington Technology CFO Awards. Prior to joining DCS, Tom served as Stanley's Chief Accounting Officer and supported Stanley's 2006 initial public offering, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program, and four of its acquisitions. His extensive industry experience includes accounting and financial management positions at Textron, Raytheon and Kaman. Tom earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Babson College. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia.

Traviss Green - COO

As the Chief Operating Officer at Millennium Corporation, Traviss Green is principally responsible for the business growth strategy, enterprise business operations, and direct oversight of the Executive Management Team. His primary focus is to deliver visionary thinking, which can be translated into an executable plan that drives efficient, effective and sustainable enterprise value. Traviss attended Bowie State University's undergraduate program for Computer Science Technology and the dual Master's program in Technology Management & Business Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus. He also completed post-graduate certificates in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and Executive Leadership from The University of Norte Dame. He has more than 20 years of experience leading sales operations, business development, program management and enterprise information technology (IT) solutions for market-leading IT and cyber security corporations. Prior to joining Millennium, he led a cross-functional team that was responsible for the Enterprise Defense and Intelligence Community portfolio at McAfee, LLC. Prior to McAfee, he served in several leadership roles at Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he earned distinguished recognition for mission excellence, such as: Black Engineer of the Year (BEYA), Celebration of Excellence (COE) and the prestigious NOVA Award. Over the course of his career, he has completed a range of professional training and certifications, including: CISSP, CEH, Q/EH, Security +, NSA IA Methodology, CSSBB, PMP, CSM and CPO.
