Susan Franz has more than 17 years of experience in digital design. She holds a Master's degree in New Media Technologies from Clark University. Her career includes leadership positions as a Program Manager for Akamai Technologies and as a Project Manager for Cambridge Technology Partners. She has taught digital arts courses at the Rhode Island School of Design, Becker College, Bunker Hill Community College, and the Cambridge Center for Adult Education.
