Matt Williams - CTO

Matt joined MWT in January 2007 after relocating from St. Louis, MO. Matt brought a highly accomplished IT career with him to MWT. Matt has worked for several international companies and earned multiple awards for his service. While working for GTE Network Services, Matt earned the Top Sales Performer, GTE Presidential Leadership Award and the 1999 GTE Excellence Award. In 1999, Matt joined Rockwell International and earned the esteemed 2002 Rockwell Excellence Award for his participation in the Cisco VoIP project. Matt mentored and trained staff members regarding advanced VoIP and business critical application technologies. Matt found his way to Cencerto Software in Chicago, IL as their Senior Customer Support engineer. He provided technical support to a global customer base. Matt traveled worldwide servicing call centers that take tens of thousands of calls daily. Matt is certified by CISCO and Microsoft in networking disciplines. He is an avid reader and database administrator. Today, he manages Mitchell-Wayne's datacenter which hosts its cloud service offerings and the help desk team.

R. Mitchell Hungerpiller - Founder, President

Mr. Hungerpiller is a licensed CPA that joined a collection software startup company in 1986 and grew with it to national prominence. He regularly participates in industry events as well as accounting and information technology continuing professional education. He has been a featured speaker at many national conventions. He sits on several boards and is active in his community both civically and professionally. His hobbies include historical preservation, golf, hunting and fishing. Today, he heads up Mitchell-Wayne's business development.

Stephan Wayne Poplin - Founder, VP

Mr Poplin is an experienced Senior Systems Analyst from a national software development company specializing in legal collection software. He started his IT career as a Regional Automation Technician (RAT) for the United States Department of Commerce where he was responsible for fully automating a 5 state, 40 District Office region for the 1990 Census. Mr. Poplin has received several service awards. His hobbies include golf, little league sports and fishing. Today, Mr. Poplin heads up Mitchell-Wayne Technologies daily operations and customer service. He is active in his community and coaches many championship little league baseball teams.
