Cecilia VanJaarsveld serves as the Vice President for Application Programming. She is responsible for custom programming operations of internal and offshore resources.
Cecilia joined MortgageFlex in 2000 as a Senior Programmer and was responsible for custom programming of various client projects.
Cecilia possesses over two decades of programming, project and program management experience. She has held senior programming and management positions before joining MortgageFlex. Cecilia's extensive manufacturing and financial industry experience includes software development, testing, training, and implementation.
Cecilia received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering degree from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers.
While not busy with work, Cecilia enjoys participating in outdoor activities with her husband and kids. She also loves gardening, baking and watching movies.

Joanne Lonsdale serves as Director of Client Services at MortgageFlex Systems. Lonsdale joined MortgageFlex in 1996, and is responsible for training and implementation.

John McCrea, Senior Vice President of Business Development, joined MortgageFlex Systems, in 2004, as a Regional Sales Manager. Mr. McCrea has over fifteen years of Sales experience in the Financial and Software industries.
Mr. McCrea started his career as a Sales Executive with First American Financial Services in Santa Ana, California. First American provides real estate information services to the mortgage industry. While at First American, he received several corporate awards and was responsible for doubling territorial market share.
In 1997, Mr. McCrea became a Regional Sales Manager with Harland Financial Services, formerly INTERLINQ Software. While with Harland, Mr. McCrea continued his award winning sales record and furthered his expertise in the software field. He was also responsible for
Mr. McCrea has served as Chairman of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association (MMBA) Technology Board as well as the Board of Directors for the MMBA. He also served as a Captain in the Army National Guard, 1984 -1998. Mr. McCrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts.

In 1980, while working as a consultant at Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young), he identified the need for information technology consulting services specifically for mortgage lending. Lester founded MortgageFlex Systems and focused solely on the mortgage lending industry, introducing the first microcomputer-based loan origination system in 1984.
Recognized in 2008 as an "Industry Pioneer" by Mortgage Banking Magazine, Lester is widely acknowledged as an industry expert and MortgageFlex Systems continues to receive trade accolades. Lester has led the company's efforts to provide its customers with robust systems using the latest technology. Lester is heavily involved in daily operations with his management team and developers. He continues to lead the company as CEO and chief product architect.
