Abel is a graduate of UTSA with a BS in Architecture, and of Texas A&M International University with a degree in Business Administration. He studied in Barcelona, Spain through the UTSA CACP Signature Experience Study Abroad Program, focusing on Architecture & Urban Planning. To his role as Project Manager for MK Marlow, he brings experience in carpentry, as a field engineer, and in architecture. Abel is OSHA 30 certified and a member of the Corporate Safety Committee at MK Marlow. When not at work, Abel enjoys outdoor sports, sketching, gaming, and volunteering at Habitat for Humanity.
Working up to his current position as General Superintendent, AJ takes pride in his ability to build strong relationships providing exceptional leadership and support to his team. He is skilled in managing resources and maintaining open lines of communication with project managers, engineers, and foremen to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

April's focus has been in the construction industry for her entire career. Throughout the last two decades she has honed her expertise, serving in various roles including Business Manager, Office Manager, Contracts Manager and now as Accounts Receivable Manager for MK Marlow Company. An important member of the team, in her spare time, April enjoys traveling, reading, wellness and aromatherapy.
Holding more than two decades of diverse experience in the construction industry, Chris' tenure at MK Marlow spans almost eight years. Promoted from Senior Project Manager, in the role of Director of Operations, Chris contributes to the overall vision of MK Marlow. Working with project manager team members, assisting where needed and helping to mentor and develop the future leaders of the company, Chris supports B.U.I.L.D., the Core Values of MK Marlow. A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a BFA in English Literature and Language and an MBA in Project Management, prior to joining MK Marlow, Chris proudly served as an Airborne Infantryman in the United States Army.
Daniel began working as a Construction Intern at MK Marlow while completing his degree. After graduation from Texas A&M University, he was hired as an Assistant Project Manager. Daniel approaches his work with dedication and the ability to learn process and procedure along with a healthy dose of curiosity and innovation. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2024.
David is a graduate of Texas Lutheran University with degrees in Business Administration and Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of CFMA, and has more than 20 years of experience in Accounting, including eight years in Public Accounting and additional experience in various accounting roles within the Construction industry. David is responsible for managing Finance, Accounting and Human Resources at MK Marlow Company.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Emilio has more than 30 years of experience with specialty walls and ceilings and understands the drywall business from the ground up. Outside of work he enjoys cycling, and serving as his church's video broadcast and tech director.
Frank's construction career began in 2009 in the Texas Rio Grande Valley as a field-laborer. With discipline and determination he moved on to journeyman; hanging drywall and framing and was next promoted to safety advisor. In 2011 he became an estimator and project manager and in 2022, he and his family moved to San Antonio when he accepted the position of Senior Estimator at MK Marlow. His projects have included colleges & universities, public schools, hospitals, healthcare facilities & office buildings.

Having spent the majority of his career as an estimator, Ken knows his numbers. Always one for a good laugh, he spends his free time in the outdoors and with his family.
Larry has nearly 25 years of experience in the metal framing, drywall and acoustical ceiling industry. He started his construction career in the field as a Drywall Installer and worked his way up to become a Branch Manager. He has spent the last 15 years in the Southeast commercial construction market estimating a variety of projects including theme park attractions, sports venues, museums, healthcare facilities, office buildings and educational facilities.
As CEO of the company, Mark keeps the direction of business moving and growing at the right pace to support the overall mission and vision. He's a hands-on leader who is interested and open to new ideas. Involved in the construction industry for his entire career, he was an owner in various firms prior to founding MK Marlow Company almost 4 decades ago. A faithful Aggie, he leads the firm with integrity and respect.
Matt has been in the metal framing, drywall and acoustical ceiling industry for 8 years as both Estimator and Project Manager. He started his construction career as a distribution Outside Sales Representative and worked his way to Senior Estimator. Born and raised in the San Antonio Area, he has seen the local economy grow and expand taking part in many of the projects throughout the city ranging from healthcare facilities, office buildings and educational facilities to Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) and data centers.

With more than 20 years of experience in construction, Sergio has worked as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, and Project Manger. His career in construction began in Colorado, and in 2012 he earned a degree in Business Science with a concentration in Project Management. He's OSHA 30 trained and in his free time, Sergio likes to workout, watch football and travel.
