Chris Kelsey has edited publications for 18 years. He focuses on construction, engineering, environmental and sustainability issues. He is the editor of Geosynthetica, an online magazine serving more than 750,000 annual users, and he provides various writing services for Geosynthetica's extensive client list. He has presented on issues of engineering and the environment at conferences in North America, Europe, and Asia. He is an active member of multiple professional societies and serves on the Editorial Board of Land and Water magazine.

Heidi Hanson is a graphic designer specializing in both print and web design. She has 18 years of experience in key areas such as Identity Design (logos, letterheads, business cards, etc.), Publication Design (magazines, annual reports, books), Promotional Design (brochures, mailers, posters, billboards), Website Design (HTML 5, CSS3, Responsive Design, visual design and maintenance/updating, database, WordPress, PHP), Web/Email Graphics (ads for use on websites, emails, e-blasts, cross platform animations, Flash, HTML 5, etc.), and Other Print Design (invitations, cards, calendars, anything else you may need).
Terry Ann Paulo brings a strong background to Minerva TRI, including significant experience with associations and committee-based organizations. She worked for the National Pork Producers Council for four years, a job which gave her committee management duties, including with political action. She also managed fundraising events and receptions. Most recently, Paulo worked for the Florida House of Representatives as a representative's aide, working with committees, budgets, public relations, lobbyists, social media, and a variety of other tasks. Outside of work, Paulo is a Board of Directors for the Florida Red Cross and Big Brothers & Sisters, as well as a member of the Ft. Pierce Rotary Club.
