Tom is Managing Partner with MKP. Prior to that he was formerly Chief Executive of the Irish Productivity Centre where he worked for over 25 years as a consultant, project director, trainer and facilitator.
Tom has also lectured and published extensively on organisational change and is contributing editor for a book for employee's facing redundancy published by Blackhall Books entitled "The Redundancy Book". He is qualified to Masters Degree level in Organisation Behaviour and Industrial Engineering.
