MN-LEAP

MN-LEAP is guided by an Executive Board made up of four Officers from various Minnesota law enforcement agencies who strive to meet the needs of the membership. The Board of Directors contains anywhere between six and thirteen members... We are excited to announce our organization has changed its name to MN-LEAP (Minnesota Law Enforcement Administrative Professionals.) Today, law enforcement administrative positions have evolved beyond secretaries, data entry, and transcription. We are working to elevate our organization to better serve our membership and the various roles we represent... We presented this change to our full membership for a vote on a name change. It was an overwhelming vote to change from the PLEAA name to MN-LEAP. Our board went to work to get the name change in place and as of January 1, 2024, we are now MN-LEAP.
