Aileen Cahill

Amy leads a team of 20 property managers and coordinates service partners and third-party consultants for the firm's local commercial office assets.

Ariel Cohen

Ariel oversees all property, investment, financial, and partnership reporting. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, he has significant expertise with property, portfolio, and fund level accounting and finance. Ariel graduated cum laude from Brooklyn College with bachelor's degrees in accounting and computer and information science. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York, as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA).

Austin Freeman

Austin Freeman oversees the firm's portfolio and corporate investment initiatives. He serves as an influential member and chair of the firm's Investment Committee.

Austin Merkley

Austin oversees all IT initiatives for Monday Properties' regional offices as well as the entire property portfolio. He is responsible for the successful implementation of technology efforts, including the research and ultimate rollout of new prop tech initiatives. His team manages the firm's data flow and services, the expansion and support of over 50 networks, and the deployment and ongoing support of over 200 tech services. Austin directs all cybersecurity and data continuity measures to ensure seamless incident response systems.

Cliff Cummings

In his role, Cliff is responsible for real estate transactions including new acquisitions, disposition, capital raising and financing. Cliff develops, expands, and sustains a diverse portfolio of commercial office real estate assets through acquisitions using his vast relationships with banking and investment communities, as well as financial partners, property owners, brokers, and developers.

David Robertson

David Robertson is the CEO & Chief Investment Officer of FrontRange Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm specializing in investments that participate in GP economics at the operating platform and property levels. Mr. Robertson has over 20 years of real estate experience and has completed more than $15 billion of acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopments, joint ventures, and debt financings during his career. Prior to FrontRange, he was Co-President, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Apartment Investment and Management Company, a publicly traded multifamily REIT with more than $10 billion of assets. Mr. Robertson earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

Frank Craighill

Frank is responsible for managing all phases of the development process, from initial underwriting and programming, to entitlements, design, and construction. Since 2018, Frank has driven the expansion of the firm's development pipelines in targeted markets along the eastern seaboard, including the greater Washington, DC area, Connecticut, and South Carolina.

Jennifer Burns

Jennifer Burns oversees the asset management, information technology, and marketing divisions, leading all operations for the firm's 5 million square foot office portfolio-including property management, engineering, construction management, parking, and property accounting. Jennifer also oversees the asset management and capital improvement plans for the firm's 6,500 unit-multifamily portfolio. In addition to managing significant capital improvement projects, Jennifer provides executive level oversight on the implementation of the firm's critically important wellness certifications and initiatives, including Fitwel, LEED, and Energy Star. She spearheaded unique partnerships with industry leaders, like Kastle Systems and HqO, to launch meaningful proptech solutions across the office portfolio, which supports the firm's overall mission and positively contributes to the tenant experience.

Jim Fitzgerald

Jim oversees the day-to-day management and operations of MDistrict Park, Monday Properties' parking division, which consists of over 3,700 spaces and totaling over $8 million in annual revenues.

John Wharton

John is responsible for the leasing of Monday Properties' commercial office portfolio in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. For over 15 years, John has directed the firm's leasing activity by creating strong relationships with tenants and real estate brokers and leading tours, proposals, and lease negotiations. John has been instrumental in several noteworthy transactions where tenants have relocated to the Northern Virginia market, including Raytheon Technologies' Global HQ, Nestle, Humana, and Sands Capital.

Kenneth Harris

Kenneth is responsible for managing a team that prepares and reviews all property-level financial reporting for Monday Properties' 4.5 million square foot Northern Virginia office portfolio. As the director of property accounting, Kenneth oversees monthly and quarterly reporting, annual audits, budgeting and forecasting, preparation of tax return workpapers, cash management, distribution projections, property due diligence, and investor relations support. Kenneth also leads the onboarding process for new acquisitions and assists with property disposition and recapitalization efforts. With over 25 years of experience, Kenneth has built and developed successful teams with his management expertise in accounting, budgeting, analytics, and process improvements. Kenneth uses his extensive background working for various national full service commercial real estate firms to create and improve systems for seamless reporting and accounting activity. Before joining Monday Properties, Kenneth was a controller at the PNGS Management Company where he managed all property and corporate accounting and reporting for their 2+ million square feet of office, retail, land, and multifamily portfolio. During his time at the PNGS Management Company, Kenneth grew the department and implemented new accounting processes around cash management and efficiency. Prior to the PNG Management Company, Kenneth served as an assistant controller at Brookfield, where he managed a team and oversaw a portfolio of 9 office buildings equal to 2 million square feet. Kenneth graduated from Belhaven University earning a bachelor's degree in accounting.

Nick Malpede

Nick leads asset management through the development of business plans and operational strategies for the firm's commercial office and multifamily portfolios. Nick is responsible for oversight of lease-up, operational and marketing strategies for ground-up developments as well as existing multifamily product. In his role, Nick analyzes the portfolio performance and directs Monday Properties' capital improvement projects. He supports the firm's acquisition efforts by performing due diligence and assessing new business and potential disposition initiatives. Nick also leads the firm's transactional activities, including lease transactions, financing, refinancing and recapitalization efforts. Nick is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a bachelor's degree studying Finance and Real Estate.

Paul Vosper

Paul leads capital strategy and manages investor relationships in conjunction with the firm's growth trajectory. He collaborates with key internal service line leaders and sits on the Investment Committee to effectively advise on real estate strategies for the firm's current portfolio and planned investments. He sources and secures equity capital and debt as needed for all company investments and collaborates with the development teams to source new acquisition opportunities.

Robert R. Kilroy

Robert leads the multifamily acquisition efforts for Monday Properties, with a primary focus on acquiring/capitalizing existing multifamily assets and land for development. Robert works closely with the company's vertically integrated asset management team to ensure the execution of the targeted business plan for each acquisition. Robert is a key contributor to the company's overall business strategy with a focus on growing the portfolio through strategic planning, investment review and capital sourcing. Additionally, he is a member of the company's management and investment committee.

Scott Berry

Scott Berry joined FrontRange from Archstone, one of the largest investors, developers, and operators of apartment communities globally with more than 60,000 units located throughout the United States and Germany. While at Archstone, Mr. Berry served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2007 to 2013. Prior to Archstone, he was a Financial Analyst with Budget Truck Rental. Mr. Berry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a CFA charterholder.

Scott Napolitano

Scott is responsible for overseeing all engineering and mechanical requirements including redevelopment projects, tenant buildouts, and capital improvements. Throughout his 30-year career, 14 of which have been at Monday Properties, Scott has been successful in leading the mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, and construction management of the firm's Class A commercial office assets. He leads the 40-person in-house engineering team and develops strategies for the improvement of energy efficiency and sustainability across the commercial office portfolio.

Shahin Yavari

Shahin leads all phases of the development process, from initial underwriting and programming, to entitlements, design, construction, lease-up, and disposition for the company's development pipeline. Since joining Monday Properties in 2019, Shahin has been an integral part of the team's multifamily strategy to expand across the east coast. Shahin managed the development, delivery, and subsequent sale of two, Class A, multifamily properties in Charleston, South Carolina -marking the firm's notable entry into the southeast market. Most recently, Shahin directed the development and delivery of the Blake, a Class A 300-unitmultifamily apartment complex, in Alexandria, VA, where he played a critical role in discovering a market need for housing that demanded cutting edge amenities to support hybrid lifestyles. Shahin has over nine years of industry experience working on numerous complex commercial real estate development projects totaling over half a billion dollars, including over 2,600 residential units and total development of over 2.5 million square feet. Shahin earned a bachelor's degree from University of Richmond studying Finance and Physics. He serves as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), ULI, and Associated Builders and Contractors.

Stephen Corrigan

Stephen has over 28 years of institutional experience working with companies such as Blackrock, SSR Realty Advisors, and MetLife. He has experience in acquisitions, dispositions and asset management. Stephen is responsible for all asset management duties including leasing, capital projects, and financial management.

Steve LeBlanc

Steve LeBlanc is a board member of Monday Properties, Michael's stores, and the Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He is Chairman of the Board of 35 South Capital and Affordable Central Texas. Additionally, Mr. LeBlanc is Treasurer and a member of the board of The Headliners Club in Austin, Texas. He also serves on the advisory boards of Blue Sage Capital, Capital Creek Partners, SineCera Capital and The Barvin Group. From 2012 to 2021, Mr. LeBlanc was a founding partner and senior advisor to CapRidge Partners, a fully integrated real estate and private equity operating company focused on value investments in commercial properties within U.S. growth markets. From 2008 to 2012, Mr. LeBlanc was the senior managing director of private markets, overseeing the real assets, private equity and principal investments portfolios at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. Mr. LeBlanc serves on the Dean's Advisory Council for the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin, where he has also formerly served as an adjunct professor. Mr. LeBlanc has a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, where he is the Associate Director of the Real Estate and Finance Council.

Sue Hyun
