Amral Mohammed

Amral Mohammed is in charge of warehouse records management for Michael Moecker and Associates, Moecker Operations and Moecker Auctions. He indexes, manages and maintains business records for various cases and clients within the Moecker Companies. Other duties include assisting the auction company with asset preservation, auction set-ups and auction events. Amral has been with the Moecker Companies for over 7 years. He brings over twenty years of experience in warehouse management. Formerly with Pearl Arts and Craft, Amral managed their warehouse, pulled and verified orders and assisted with direct marketing and website orders. His attention to detail and organizational skills has made him an invaluable addition to the Moecker organization.

David D. Dybas

David D. Dybas of Moecker Auctions, Inc. is a Certified Estate Specialist (CES), Master Personal Property Appraiser (MPPA), Auction Marketing Management (AMM) and a Florida Licensed Auctioneer. Working out of our Tampa office, David joined our team in 1999 after working for a large retail chain of nurseries in Central Florida and has since received his designations of GPPA in 2007, CES in 2011 and most recently in 2015 the designation of MPPA of which less than 65 NAA members hold this distinction, all from the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute. David received his Florida Auctioneers License through Miami Dade College in 2011. In addition, David has successfully completed the 15-hour Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course through Steve Williamson's Real Estate Education Specialists in 2007. Along with the above listed education and training, David is required to obtain 24 hours of continuing education every three years to maintain his designations through the NAA and to complete the 7-hour USPAP update course, which was taken in 2010 (15 hour), 2012 (7 hour) and 2015 (7 hour). Furthermore, the required continuing education during the course of David's career has been achieved through attending the Florida Auctioneers Association Conventions twice a year that offers auction/appraisal and related seminars, two National Auctioneers Association Conventions in 2005 and 2011 which included a diverse selection of industry related courses/seminars and monthly CE luncheons with the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association. Lastly, the attendance of an eight hour Windows based auction management software course in 2013. David performs on-site appraisals using the guidelines of USPAP for banks, attorneys and trustees including heavy equipment, industrial machinery, restaurants, electronics and furnishings. He is also involved with the setup of auctions and management of business liquidations. In conjunction to working for Moecker Auctions, Inc. he also works for our parent company Michael Moecker & Associates, assisting court-appointed receivers, assignees and liquidating trustees in cases with daily assignments including recovering and securing assets, inventory, and investigative work. David is currently a member and serving on the board of directors for the Florida Auctioneers Association, National Auctioneers Association, Fellowship of Christian Auctioneers International and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.

Eric Rubin

Eric Rubin is a highly experienced and a well-respected auctioneer and appraiser who has worked in the field for over 20 years. He has successfully accomplished hundreds of on-site inspections, appraisals, and auctions for a multitude of different types of personal property ranging from basic household items, office equipment to Ponzi scheme liquidations, high tech manufacturing equipment, medical equipment, factories and virtually everything in-between. Eric supervises and manages the preparation and sale of assets at auction or liquidation and conducts on-site appraisals and site visits for clients such as lending institutions, attorneys, bankruptcy trustees, assignees, receivers, banks, and private individuals. Eric has several accreditations, including GPPA (Graduate Personal Property Appraiser), CES (Certified Estate Specialist), and USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) qualified. He also has degrees in broadcast announcing and was previously a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). Eric is a member of both the Florida Auctioneers Association (FAA) and the National Auctioneers Association (NAA).
