Over the years, the small artisanal roasting company has evolved into a modern and dynamic industrial reality, without ever losing sight of the values that have distinguished it from the beginning... In order for the coffee to reach the consumer in the best condition, it must be cleaned of all impurities; for this we use 2 sets of air filters both before and after roasting... In the roasting process, the coffee is roasted and air-cooled in order to best preserve its organoleptic characteristics.
