With more than 30 years' experience in both the finance and car broker industries, I believe the most important service I can provide my customers is determining their vehicle purchase and finance needs, and accommodating them. As a broker, I am working on behalf of the customer and am not incentivised to sell any particular make or model. My only interest is providing a comprehensive and high quality service to my customers that they would recommend to their family and friends.
I am a big advocate of the value provided by novated leases and salary packaging/salary sacrifice. However I believe that many customers do not maximise the potential value of their salary packaging agreement, due to not properly understanding how the salary packaging process works. This is why one of my main business passions is to educate customers and correct their misconceptions surrounding novated leases and salary packaging. The main message I try to get across to my customers is: it is your money, you have more choices than you think when it comes to salary packaging.
